Norse Energy goes bankrupt while waiting for New York governor to make a decision! As well as marcellus shale deposits losing population. Is this delay of the decision a good thing for the state and under the governor's intentions? Or just a helpful side effect? Either way, I support Cuomo through the moratorium and eventually the decision to ban fracking entirely from the state.
