Where I live, I've seen cars with an ad thing in their back window. Bumpr is the name. Like its not just a nuisance, its dangerous as one flashy ad can cause someone to have a seizure while driving or easily distract a driver behind the car with the ads. Taxis have theirs on a sign running the length of the car which is still ads but at least not in the face of the person behind them like Bumpr is.
