Hey everyone. Still working on getting docs done and the new blog up and running, but there was some .... potentially fun news at work last week (involving a situation that was very similar to the reason I left my last job), and then my aunt (who was in hospice, so it wasn't....unexpected, but since she's my dad's youngest sister, it's still.....a lot) died. So to say I've been a little.....distracted would be an understatement. I'm still very much in the numb phase, and the fact that I'm expected to just continue about my daily life as though nothing has happened has been a lot.

Thank you again for your patience and for sticking with me through all of this. I promise I'll get back to writing soon.

Hi friends! I'm sure you've noticed that I've been kind of MIA for a little while. I've been working on getting all of my character docs done instead of having a bunch of works-in-progress on my carrd, since a lot of them have been in progress.....for a while. (This also includes shuffling my muse list a bit, including cutting a decent number of them. And if I've cut the muses you were interested in interacting with, there will be absolutely no hard feelings if you decide to unfollow!)

That being said, I've also been considering moving blogs for a long while, at this point, for a variety of reasons; I've just been putting it off / my brain has decided "Nope" a lot of the times I've tried to work on things. But since I'm gonna have a long weekend next week, I'm finally buckling down and getting to it.

Since I've still been liking starters calls and things (because I am incorrigible and lack restraint), I will be gathering those up to reply to first thing on the new blog! And if there's anything you know for sure you want to continue, just let me know and I'll make sure to save that for the new blog too. Otherwise, it's going to be a fresh start, which I think will be very good for me in that I'll actually start writing and interacting with people again!

balance and revenge

another seemingly intimidating figure, some only know you for revenge and fear you. however, you're fair and provide justice and balance to your worshippers. you are regarded as the judge, jury, and executioner and no one can escape.

Because Shakespeare's play was based on his own life, there have been a few times when Macbeth (under a different alias than his usual "Lennox MacDuff, considering people in Shakespearean circles tend to notice the name more than the average Joe) has acted as dramaturge when the play is being performed. Several of the times were for fairly well-known productions, that got rave reviews for their interpretations and faith to the time period.

For past Halloweens, Elisa has dressed up as both Belle and Jasmine, but those aren't the only D.isney costumes she's worn. In past years, she's been Aurora, J,essica Rabbit (that was during college), M.ary P.oppins, M.aleficent, the Evil Queen from S.now W.hite, and she'll be going as Jane P.orter at some point, too.

Brooklyn wants so desperately to love and to be loved. He cares about his rookery brothers and the rest of the clan, of course, but with the massacre of Castle Wyvern, the possibility of finding anything more than familial love narrowed considerably. At least until Goliath and Elisa started to see one another.

That showed Brooklyn that maybe there's still a possibility for him, too, especially after they discovered that there are more gargoyles out there.

I got four character docs completed, from start to finish, today! And when you consider how many I still have to do and how many I have already done, that is a lot. I didn't get through anything in character today, but I'm still very proud of myself!
