Okay, I tried to draw my little mouse once, but now I think I've decided on her design.

In general...

Manon Round (for our own - Mooney). A brave, inquisitive and smart girl. Most of all she loves robotics and programming. Has a phenomenal memory.

And finally I drew her gadget - the Round Pad.

Round Pad has two connectors of different types, speakers, a button for a voice recorder, rollers for adjusting the volume and zoom of photos and other buttons. There is also a camera, but I didn’t think of drawing the Round Pad on the back.

I think it will be a shiny grey.

Stories from Mouseton: characters!

Mickey Mouse

Journalist for a small newspaper. Kind, honest, erudite and modest.

While performing one of his work assignments, Mickey met Mooney, the daughter of now-deceased scientists. And after Mickey, Pluto and Mooney together saved the city from Professor Eagle, the journalist decided to adopt the girl. He became attached to her (and it was mutual).

Mickey may not be a perfect father, but he is trying to at least be just a good parent (good luck to him).

Facts about him:

- Mickey used to dream of becoming a pilot. He studied airplanes and collected various models, and in the end there were so many of them that not all of them fit on the shelves. But it was not possible to enter the flight academy - another candidate took the last place (and after the events of the pilot, Mickey sold part of his collection);

- he plays some musical instruments (mostly the harmonica);

- before getting a job as a journalist, Mickey worked at AJAX (that’s when Mickey got Pluto🥰);

- Mickey has a notebook in which he writes down all his work material (and investigative notes). This notebook is like a guidebook from DuckTales - there are a LOT of notes here.

Manon «Mooney» Round (now - Mouse).

The daughter of the now deceased scientists, Celestine and Ryder Rounds, Mickey's ward. Mooney is a brave, inquisitive and quick-witted girl.

Manon has a phenomenal memory and excellent knowledge of the exact sciences, which she always uses to justify her participation in investigations. And although Mickey tries to keep Mooney away from work, she still interferes. It may seem like Mooney is stubborn and all about adventure, but... In fact, she doesn't want anything to happen to Mickey and Pluto. Manon is confident that with her skills she will be able to save her new family (after all, they saved the city together once - so the little girl’s confidence is not unfounded).

Even though Mooney has fallen in love with Mickey, she's not ready to call him "Dad" just yet. She will need time to get used to her new family (and not only her dad, but also her aunt and cousins). So for now she calls Mickey by name.

Facts about her:

- full name is Manon Angelina Round and she is 9 years old;

- Manon received her nickname, Mooney, from her parents after she began observing the moon through a new telescope (it was a gift from her parents);

- Manon also came up with a nickname, but for Mickey - Mars. Mars, Pluto and Mooney;

- before Mickey adopted her, Manon had never interacted with other children. Her parents taught her at home, and in the orphanage Manon was not eager to communicate with anyone. So, her first friends will be her cousins ​​- Morty and Ferdie;

- she often carries with her a backpack with wires, a couple of light tools, screws, coils - in general, everything from which she can assemble something (one might say that she has a whole electronic construction set there).

Pluto

The most loyal and dexterous dog in the world and an excellent bloodhound.

From the first meeting he treated Manon kindly, and when she became a member of their family, he was very happy. But Mooney herself is not yet accustomed to pets...

But they will get along very quickly.

Morty and Ferdie

Mickey's nephews, twins (Morty is 10 minutes older than Ferdie). The words “divide one brain cell into two” are about them. But despite their hooligan character, the boys are kind and friendly.

When Amelia told them that they had a new family member, the brothers thought that their mother had finally decided to take some kind of pet. But... It turned out that they were talking about a cousin. To say that the boys were surprised is to say nothing. However, they did not react negatively to Manon’s appearance - on the contrary, they liked her very quickly. She especially impressed the twins with her skills in robotics and programming. So now they will be giving Manon ideas for new devices.

The twins love to play football and baseball (and even go to their school's sports club). But if Morty is a calmer player, then Ferdie... Often goes ahead, thereby destroying his brother’s strategies and tactics.

Since their father works as an archaeologist and they rarely see each other in person, Morty and Ferdie are always waiting for him to call them or send them a package. The relationship between father and sons is very good.

I'm really sorry that there have been no new posts for so long. I'm currently working on the writing for the episode where Mickey, Pluto and Mooney are preparing to move into a new house. I plan to supplement the text with small sketches illustrating the events of the episode. And, considering that I am currently studying at university... Things are not going very quickly. I'm sorry.

Last week my friends @alioks-blog sent me these cute Mickey and Mooney sketches.

The second one was drawn to my idea of ​​how the heroes returned home late after another adventure, and Manon was already falling asleep on the way. And... She called Mickey dad for the first time. For the first time since the adoption (at first she would call him by name, because... She needed time).

And, in general, I decided to try to sketch a comic(?) with Mickey's reaction.

I looked at the latest redesign of Manon, looked... And decided to try to draw another version. Permanent image after adoption.

The idea of ​​shorts, a T-shirt and a vest with sleeves was inspired by art from friends, but I had to think about the color of the clothes.

(I also wanted to use Benjamin from Geronimo Stilton as a reference. Because... A journalist's family, detective stories - this animated series itself is a reference for my fanfic!)

In the end, I decided to paint the vest blue because of Belle. I mean, daughter of an inventor, brown hair...

One of the important characters in my fanfiction is Mickey's older sister. It is she who will help Mickey in raising Mooney.

Amelia Felicity Fieldmouse

Mickey's older sister and mother of two sons, Morty and Ferdy. When Amelia found out that Mickey was now a father, she immediately came to visit him to sort things out. And although Amelia was glad to meet her niece, the visit to her brother was not without a serious conversation. Realizing that her brother was worried about the role of a parent, Amelia immediately offered her help.

About Amelia's family. Her sons are 13 and her husband, Frank Fieldmouse, is an archaeologist. And since her husband is often on business trips, Amelia works remotely to be close to her sons. And given that the twins are now teenagers... they need to be looked after more than ever.

Daughter of scientists

The story of how Mickey met Mooney and saved her (and then the whole city) from Emil Eagle.

One day, Mickey, an ordinary journalist for a small newspaper, was assigned to write an article about the opening of the house-museum of the Rounds, the recently deceased scientists and spouses, Ryder and Celestine. During the opening, Mickey accidentally witnessed the theft of a mysterious case from the safe and met Manon Round nicknamed Mooney), the daughter of those same dead scientists. The girl ran away from the orphanage to the museum to pick up her toy robot - the last gift from her parents. And then she saw someone break into the family safe and tried to stop the thief. Mickey had to leave the museum to bring Manon back to the orphanage.

The next day, Mickey met Manon again when she and her aunt Barbara were being kidnapped by the same museum thief. It turned out to be Emil Eagle, a researcher from the laboratory where the Rounds worked. And he needed a second key to the stolen case. The fact is that the case had two locks, and Eagle had only one key, and the mad scientist figured that the girl had the second key. As a result, Mickey and Pluto had to take Manon and Barbara into their apartment, for their own safety. The aunt, after Eagle's attack, was no longer eager to take care of her niece - from the very beginning she wanted to take Manon in because of reputation and inheritance. Realizing that the girl needed support, Mickey tried to calm and encourage Mooney. He did it.

Unfortunately, Eagle managed to track down the scientists' daughter and captured her along with Mickey and Pluto. Emil blackmailed Manon into giving him the second key. It was hidden inside the toy robot. In the case was the last detail of some machine. This machine is a giant robot that was meant to streamline construction work, but Eagle found another use for it - the destruction of the city. So he tried to steal the technology of the Rounds, and ended up getting rid of Ryder and Celestine by staging a car accident. Thus, Emil received the first key to the case...

Eagle activated the robot and decided to start destroying the building of the scientific laboratory. Mickey, Pluto and Mooney managed to leave the villain's lair, but the question arose - how to stop Eagle? Only Manon knew how the robot worked, but the police were unlikely to listen to the child, and there was little time left. Then Mickey, although not immediately, took matters into his own hands and decided to turn off the robot himself. Thanks to Mooney's instructions, he stopped Eagle at the last moment, seconds before the villain razed the lab to the ground.

The city was saved, the villain was arrested, the heroes wanted to celebrate the victory (and forget this terrible day) over a mug of hot chocolate, but... Manon was sent to an orphanage. The aunt finally decided to abandon her niece (she didn’t want problems), and Manon had no other relatives. Mickey and Pluto had to say goodbye to Mooney... And when the car with the girl has already disappeared around the corner, Mickey comes up with one spontaneous idea.

A few days later, Manon was informed that someone wanted to meet her in the headmaster's office. Manon reluctantly, followed the teacher. And in the office she met... Mickey.

Now, everything will be different.
