Is this real? Second beta was 1691.2! We’re 4 weeks 5 days pregnant and due on aunt Hannah’s 35th birthday. We transferred you on Hutton’s birthday, found out about you on Lindsey’s and now you’re due on Hannah’s. CRAZY.

11/5. Hutton’s third birthday and our FET. 10:30 am with toner.

11/15. Lindsey’s birthday. Our positive!! First beta 464.6 (!!!!) Laura called and it went to voicemail so found out via portal BUT we’re pregnant!!! She called back at 11:41.

I’ve been exhausted, tearful, bloated, sore boobs, some nausea. But all of it worth it! We love you baby!

It’s been a MINUTE.

Hutton James is 20 months old and wild. The energy is never ending. On Wednesday 7/26 we go back to do our SIS and labs in prep for baby 2!

24 weeks. WHAT! You’re in the 99th percentile and have the sweetest little face. I’m sitting in the MFM office waiting to see you again. You’re moving all over and your dad has felt your kicks. You’re getting so strong and it’s just the craziest thing. We’re so excited to meet you! I got my covid vaccine yesterday and I’m just praying we make it through this delta mess safely.

OH! We have your name. Sweet little Hutton James Gilleland.

4/29 - we told Matt and Kristen on FaceTime bc Matt can’t come Monday. Lots of screams! Mom told Kin E.

5/3 - we told Matt and Anna. They got engaged 5/1 (Saturday) and we successfully surprised them. Kristen and John were there too. Matt was flying.

5/4. We stopped at Janet and Bruce’s, then drove to athens to see MK and Haley at creature comforts. Yummy dinner at trap with Haley. We heard all about josh and I have a feeling this might be it for MK. So many wonderful things to celebrate! FaceTimed Shelby and told her. FaceTimed kell and Deborah too, then Anare and Deborah later that night.

5/5 - the aunts and uncles on dads side.

Little scare with CMV antibodies. I think you’re perfect / I don’t need to worry but here we are worrying. I love you baby!

4/28 first OB appointment with winley. You’re measuring right on track and moved around so much. You waved to me and dad. Met nonni for lunch and bought the final things to tell the world you’re coming! 😍

Lyns / John - 4/27. Dinner at the house. Lyns tried to open the bottle not realizing what it was. First family member to know!

Tori / Shawn - 4/28. Kimi was in town too. Tori didn’t want to open the bottle because she didn’t realize it was hers. Total shock hahaha.

Second ultrasound. You look perfect baby! Heart rate was 172. Graduated from the clinic! Staying on meds longer but we did it!

3.3 - transfer at 2 pm with Dr. toner.

3.12 - results. Beta 243. Nilsa called to tell us we’re pregnant!!!!! Called at a time with a 3 in it. (1453)

3.16 beta 2: 1073. Called at 1351.

3.30 - first ultrasound. Measuring right on track. We got to see the heart beat - 121 bpm. Baby I love you so much!

1/2, 1/3, 1/4 - US and labs. 1/4 trigger number 1 at night.

1/5 trigger number 2 in the morning.

1/6 ER - 13 retrieved, 9 mature, 5 fertilized, 2 made it to day 6. Hardest 5 day wait of my life. Anxiety, tears. Mom came down twice to help distract. I’m so thankful for her. Caleb told me about the two embryos and had mom come down to be here.

1/31: started lupron.
