Caregiver!Slenderman headcanons

(NOTE: I used this greyscaled suit gif instead of one actually showing slendy, cause they're either too flashy or memey! these hcs are also based off my own interpretation of Slenderman, so keep that in mind)

Slendy is a very silent, non-expressive man(?), so being able to read him is basically impossible.. if you were actually scared of him, that is!

It's fun to sing or sway to the classic Slenderman's Lullaby with him, as you find it funny (and maybe he does, too?) that people view him as such a deadly thing.

Whenever he walks through the forest with you, he makes sure to hold your hand the whole time so he doesn't lose you. Alternatively, he'll guide you alongside him with an extended tentacle.

You've probably stolen his suit and tie once or twice. They're much too big for you, but he doesn't mind. He actually seems to find it pretty humorous! You show it off and he does a little applause as if you're your own fashion show diva.

If you're more of a quiet or reserved kid, he doesn't mind. He actually likes it just as much. Fellow nonverbal!

He'll quietly sit by you or playfully have you in his lap if you're watching television. If you talk to him the whole time, he silently listens, nodding every now and then to show he understands and hears you. If you're equally quiet, he enjoys the mutual silence just as much.

He'll play toys with you the best he can, but he's not the best improvisor. He's moreso just going along with whatever you tell him to do.

If you like to color, he'll always find a way to provide you with new books, pages (ha), crayons, pencils, etc! How is he getting all of this? (He's stealing them.)

Will gladly give you uppies if you so desire, especially in the forest. He much prefers you being on his shoulders or up in his arms than you being on the ground. Much less worrisome! You won't get lost!

He can even bring other kids over for you to play with! How fun! Or if you prefer not to hang out with other kids, don't worry, you've always got your own little makeshift room to stay in, at.. wherever he lives.

If you're being fussy or throwing a fit, he'll probably gently pick you up with one of his tentacles and hold you in air jail until you calm down, or gently settle you into a little timeout corner or room.

Can you IMAGINE the hugs this skinny fella gives, with all those tentacles combined? Insane. Cuddles of a lifetime.

If you ever see a bug, don't worry, he's got you! He might pretend to equally be scared of it in his own way, though, to make you feel a bit better about your fears. If you like the bug, he'll gladly stare and inspect it with you, until you may eventually want it back into the wilderness. The forest always has it's fair share of critters, after all!

You never see him in the daytime. Or in any bright light, really. It's always at night or in dark places. Sorry if you're afraid of the dark, little one! But don't worry, he's right here to protect you!!

Probably drops off little gifts out of the corner of your eye, whether in his care or at your own home. He likes to surprise you!

Probably gives you more takeout/to-go meals than the average kid needs.. does a guy like him really need to cook when he can just steal- I mean, legally borrow food?

Whether you're an excitable little fella or a quiet one, he loves you either way, and will always find the right times to hang out!

Will bite you (gently) and doesn't mind you biting him back

Wears glasses, when he isnt wearing his mask

Loves to stare at you, and watch you sleep (to the best of his ability)

Lives in hoodies, will let you "steal" them and loves to hide you in his hoodie with him

His eyes constantly drip but very slowly, unless he is feeling intense emotions. Apologizes if his eyes drip on you, and will melt if you try to wipe his face clean <3

His senses of smell and hearing are very good to make up for his poor vision

^ He likes to bathe you in things that smell good or spray you with things. He also pays close attention to your breathing to better assess your emotions

Can't really read to you but he is good at making up stories! or reciting them to you

Makes sure you hold his hand or will put a harness on you when out of the house, so neither of you get lost

Doesn't need to sleep, and usually only hunts when you are sleeping, after making sure you are comfortable and safe. he would hate for you to wake up without him there </3

Loves the dark, its peaceful and he's used to not seeing well anyways. nightime walks/drives, stargazing (he enjoys the light of the stars and moon). will keep you safe and close if you are scared of the dark!

Caregiver Laughing Jack headcanons

Uses his body as a toy/jungle gym. He's so large and flexible. He can use his long arms to swing you around, lift u up in the air, etc. Gently of course!

He is very strong and loves to carry you around all the time and give you piggy back rides!

Will contort his body if you find it funny and not scary! He likes to relax in odd positions

Clown things! He's very playful, makes you balloon animals, puts face paint on you, juggles, etc.

Lets you help with his makeup! Black lipstick kisses <3

Loves to nuzzle you/your head, is very careful with his pointy nose!

Always has candy with him but makes sure you only eat a healthy amount and brush your teeth!

Cuts his nails often, wanting to keep them short for you but they grow back quickly

Engages in british tea time culture, but has almost no concept of time, so he will randomly have tea time when he feels like it, which is often because he is always a bit cold and the tea warms him up. Adores playing tea party with you!

He loves clingy regressors, being clingy himself. (due to abandonment issues and just being alone for years)

He doesn't need to eat, so he had to learn to cook for you! likes tasting the food he makes you, its all new for him. Also loves feeding you!

Bird coded: Likes collecting, especially shiny things, and loves when you gift things to him. Will shake to dry off. Likes nesting, surrounding you with soft things and himself.

Regressor/Caregiver!Tim Headcanons (+ Regressor Toby)

-> Due to trauma, Tim does tend to regress to a more simple mental state when under stress or to self soothe

-> it can come in many ways, depending on where and when it happens.

-> most times, Tim regresses to what "Masky" is. Very detached, and more fueled on instinct and emotion. His brain just cannot cope with the stress so it goes back to pure animalistic survival

-> However, Masky appears when he does not feel safe in the regression.

-> Brian is his CG

-> Brian can sense the shift in Tim's expression and immediately tries to get him to a safe place. That is usually his or Tim's bedroom.

-> Brian covers Tim in a soft blanket and looks over him, making sure he has enough water and even gives him a snack or two. All of which has to put on a tray, as that's what Tim is used to the nurses giving him in childhood.

-> he refuses any food unless it's on the specific biege tray.

-> He is aware that Tim has a habit of leaving, or getting into a Masky mindset while regressed, so he keeps him company and puts on a peaceful show or movie on his phone. He sits there with him, rubbing his back or petting his hair and remains there until Tim eventually falls asleep and tucks him in.

-> Tim finds comfort in Brian's supervision and makes him feel safe

-> His regression is non-verbal and he often uses sign language to communicate, which Brian learned to understand since they're fairly simple.

-> Tim also has a comfort snuggle blanket of a dog that is worn but he loves it all the same.

-> Tim also plays a part as a CG for Toby since he does it aswell. It's one of the many stuff they bond over

-> Toby's regression in contrast is very loud. He becomes rambunctious and wants to play with lego and eat with his hands. His tics get more vocal and he stims by making whistles and clicking his tongue.

-> Tim got used to it though, and always gives him a juice box and goldfish. He encourages it and plays pretend with toys with him

-> Tim finds it healing to take care of Toby and Toby finds it healing to be taken care of and having a father figure

-> Toby is hesitant to show that side of himself to Tim at first but Tim gives him all the time he needs and never gives him weird looks so he felt safe. Tim also helps Toby to gain more healthy coping mechanisms.

-> Toby's comfort items are a chewy necklace, made for adults/heavy biters, and a stuffed bear that he has a build a bear pyjama set for.

-> They usually sit on the floor of Tim's room, and prop up the phone to watch old let's plays to have as background noise as they play with toys or build legos.

-> they both tried pacifiers but Toby chews through them and Tim just doesn't personally like it.

-> on rare occasions, when they're both regressed, Brian sets them both on the couch and puts on a show to keep the occupied. Toby will build legos and try to be not as loud, at least until Tim falls asleep.

-> Jack even joins in occasionally to keep Toby occupied and encourage play that's a bit quieter.
