I think that the whole “ miles wasn’t supposed to be bitten by the spider” really drives home the point that *anyone* can wear the mask. Even if in his story he wasn’t supposed be Spider-Man, he still was able to be the hero he was meant to be. & I love that.

I don’t think I’ll ever emotionally recover from not only Miguel but Peter B Parker both seeing a whole universe literally slip through their fingers

But to follow up on that I didn’t really…

Put the pieces together that Miguel had started the spider society BEFORE he took over his other selfs life until I watched for the second time. Cause at the end of the first movie that’s when he gets the fancy watch for the first time. I’m wondering if he started it all in the first place when an anomaly showed up in his universe and realized that there were universes that also needed saving … why did he start the spider society in the first place if he knew other world had spider people to help that universe out… it must have been an anomaly in his universe.

So he starts the spider society…. And he watches a universe where he’s happy and DIES and that’s when he starts living this other life. I wonder how long it took for that universe to fall apart…. How long was he with other Miguel’s daughter.

I think Miguel really changed from when he started the society to after the universe collapse…. Based on how Peter B talks about him. He’s def changed. But how recently did this happen… I’m assuming very recent but before Gwen so the mental wound is still fresh … anyway I need to know more about Miguel and I need to know how the hell Peter B is still mentally together after having to watch a whole world fall apart
