Today marks my one-year anniversary of working for my first job. When I started, I just hoped I'd make it a year without being fired; now, I’m deeply grateful for unexpected friendships and love that made this experience unforgettable ❤️

I realized that when he has seen every ugly thing about me - my acne, my unshaved you-know-what-and-god-knows-where, no make up, with eyebags, my highs and lows, my swollen eyes of crying, my anxiety, my panic attacks, my mood swings, my messy menstrual cramps, my jealous side, my angry side, my hungry side, my i-give-up side, my i-can-not-do-this-anymore side, and he still chooses to love me every single day.. Damn right honey, there's no turning back!

her name was Marsha P Johnson, and we have her to thank for so much.

remember, the first Pride was a riot, and she was one of the brave souls who endured it to help carve the path which so many of us walk today. she helped found several activist groups regarding LGBT safety and wellbeing. and she was absolutely radiant, too.

— Embracing the art of the lazy day somewhere, where time slows down and the world seems to pause just for me. Here, amidst conversation and the comforting aroma of coffee, I find peace. I'm reminded that moments of quiet contemplation are treasures to be cherished. Content in my own company, and in the embrace of laziness, I find peace.

It's a tough pill to swallow when you realize that the kindness and generosity you've shown to others isn't always reciprocated. Being a people pleaser often means going above and beyond to make others happy, only to find yourself feeling neglected or taken advantage of in return.

Stepping into a whole new level of confidence with this new hair dye. Kinda like myself tonight 💇‍♀️

Feeling drained and longing for some much-needed rest and relaxation. It's frustrating when you see others getting the opportunity to take a vacation while you're left feeling exhausted and unable to do the same.

Just look at me, rotting at my bed. Fucking unfair 🫠
