i interacted with men the other day (i went to my older sister's student council meeting) and they had the student council members line up at the end of the meeting and clap as he adjourned the meeting??

the pres also had a gavel which i "borrowed" from him for some time and the vice pres who's like around the youngest student council member tried to steal it from me??

i tried to hide it behind my back on a chair and he finally tried asking nicely instead of just chasing me around and took him ten whole seconds to say "pwease" AND I STILL SAID NO HAHHA

but then my older sister took it and gave it to him :(

and he set it down on a table while he drank water and i RAN STRAIGHT INTO THE TABLE TO GRAB IT?? THE FLOOR WAS SLIPPERY SO I SLAMMED RIGHT INTO IT??

so basically in the mormon chirch we have a lot of (dumb) rules. examples include no coffee, tea, alcohol, caffeine in general, wearing shirts that show shoulders, waist, or cleavage, pants that are shorter than knee length, and it is REALLY bad to have premarital sex or get an abortion (in most cases)

so as a lifelong and baptized member of this church, there are a few rules i agree with (the sex and drinking aspect but honestly nothing else) but im acc so done this shit is stupid bro.

ANYYYYWAYS none of that really matters !! what im getting at is another thing, we dont use the cross as a symbol in our church bc "we focus on christs life more than his death" or sum shii like that right? and one time when my little sister was two my dad went so far as to cut a cross off a stuffed sheep my uncle gave her (WHAT IS HAPPENING???? 😭😭😭 hes a member too????) he didnt want to "indoctrinate her"????
