we'll have a general storyline written out for the entire idea for said plot drop and we'll get those involved that choose to have their character involved in drops (we'll be using a randomizer for this to keep it fair). and then we'll reach out to those muns to let them know what their characters' involvement is and then let them decide how their character will react/do in those situations so it's a full fledged storyline. everybody else on the tl will be able to react to what's going on as if they were watching (say, something bad is happening outside at night and people are watching by their windows.. or even hearing something). but there'll also be drops that people can't react to/know what's happening until it's all said and done and an "announcement" from harvey or meredith is posted.
