welcome to the glade, newbie. the name's anna. I've been here for the better part of . . . last month. but I know my way around well enough.

you know your name yet? well, tell me when you remember.

before I let you go, let me fill you in on the rules around here. there's not very many of 'em, so make sure you pay attention and follow the ones we do have, yeah? if you break any of these rules too many times . . . don't be mad at me if I just start ignorin' ya.

1. no fighting amongst ourselves. you wanna interact with other gladers, that's fine. but no drama--this thing doesn't work unless we have trust.

2. I might be the only girl around here, but I am not a potential romantic interest--got that?

3. the glade can be harsh, we all know that. but I'm not your therapist.

4. we all know each other 'round here. but if you wanna be mysterious and faceless--anonymous, if you will--like the creators, go right ahead. but at least leave me something so I can identify you, like an emoji.

5. I'm fine with tough stuff, but if you wanna bring up something that's sensitive--griever-induced or otherwise--, at least let me know beforehand.
