Visiting my family in the suburbs of DC for reading week. Washington DC will always inspire me, no matter how often I return. It is filled with so many young people ready to change the world. No matter who is in the White House, this city fills my heart with so much joy and motivation to face the world. I urge anyone who goes and visits DC to venture beyond the mall, because every city block is filled with its own treasures and I will never tire of it! DC is by far my favourite city in the states!

I was able to take some time today and just study for my midterm in the Portrait Gallery which was pretty dope. Free museums definitely have their perks.
