happy new year everyone! i know it's a little late but i hope you all had fun, one of my big new years resolutions is to read more and become more educated, i've been very lucky and had access to education and have been encouraged to read and learn but i feel like theres no limit to new things you can learn. this led me to buying this brilliant book of latin phrases which i hope to learn and quote pretentiously! also in this pile of books is "if we were villains" which i finished yesterday and...i am devastated, i cried and cried, i loved it so much just!!!! please read it, anyway, thankyou if you read all my silly ramblings and have a lovely 2020!

I want to acknowledge all those who are making decisions to explore the unknown this year. Whether that be trying a new craft, going to therapy, attending school, traveling somewhere new, changing your look, practicing new behaviors and ways of being, reading a new author, applying for a job, starting a creative project, beginning a healing regime - or really doing anything that feels like a step into new territory. It’s important to recognize how much courage it takes to leave an established comfort zone in order to grow. Even if you’re taking baby steps you are still moving forward. You are brave. Keep going.

It's probably my last post in 2019, so it's obviously time for resolutions! I don't really believe they work and september is always more natural time for me to start some new habits, but I still try, because why not. Last year I actually did succeed so who knows? So here's my resolutions bullet journal spread and a cat that I met in a cat cafe today. The bujo is in Polish but I decided to do yoga more often, to spend less time on social media and to eat home food more often. What are your resolutions and do you tend to actually succeed at keeping them? I wish you all a happy and productive 2020!
