5th October - Do you have any goals for this autumn?

get uni applications off, finish my political philosophy and modern social theory courses, read non-fiction more consistently, keep up with my current exercise streak (so far i’ve closed all my rings on my apple watch for 71 days!!!) 

sidenote: i’ve had a few comments on my new desk setup so here is a picture where you can see a bit more of it!

reviewsium Hello October bookmail 🍁🍂🎃 I’ve been thinking of studying a new language but so far none of them seem to be as exciting as English; I still remember when I finally was able to read a book or watching a film without subtitles, a whole world of opportunities opened up to me. This evening I’m home alone, and after making dinner I’m gonna study some SAT vocab words because I realised I tend to repeat myself when I write, and I’d like to improve my vocabulary.

so I guess my 100 days of productivity are long over. I may have fell off the wagon with posting but it went extremely well. Still, I continue to learn everyday, just in smaller bouts, reviewing anki and watching Farsi videos, but it was an awesome exercise in diligence. I start grad school in a few weeks so hopefully I can transition this diligence into practice for school again. For now, I’ve been focusing on journaling. I do entries in French every now and again. I’ll endeavour to write an entry in Farsi sometime.
