I’m moving to an apartment nearby my uni next semester because our department is being transferred to a different branch of my uni which is also much farther than the current branch. The current location already takes 3 hours travel from our house. I’m kinda stressed because then I have to take my journaling items and I am conflicted which stationery papers I should bring lol.

27 Sept ‘18 // Working in my college library this morn on some reading for my thesis. Cambridge is still yawning from the summer, weirdly quiet and gradually shading into myriad oranges. Michaelmas term officially resumes in a week, and the undergraduates start arriving in full force this weekend.

spending the second half of my sunday before the week of classes cramming in some study time for biology! the best way to study cell division? re-draw everything, and then re-draw what you just re-drew.

i’m reading some french magazines because i want to improve in the daily use of the language outside the classroom. i’ll be in paris in about ten days and i want to feel more confident with my french. magazines are great because they are less committing than a book, what do you think?

Finding sources for next history assignment.

French for Reading reading. Apparently being able to at least read French is ideal for long-term history research & since I’m not that keen on becoming fluent in French, reading it shall be.

The second half of the day will be spent working on the magazine for release this week finally!
