it's okay to be fat and like to eat. it's okay to be fat and enjoy cooking, baking, grilling, canning, drying or preparing foods. it's okay to be fat and work a restaurant or bakery and enjoy what you do. it's okay to be fat and not ashamed of eating in public. it's okay to be fat, but it's especially okay to be fat and have a positive relationship with food. people are supposed to enjoy eating, it's where we get our energy from, it's a very positive and nourishing experience for our bodies, it's okay if it's positive and nourishing to your mental health, too. fat people are allowed to eat, and we're allowed to enjoy doing it, too.

Fill up on protein!
Having a large amount of protein and not doing a lot of physical activity can help promote weight gain! This happens because the protein that wasn’t used for physical activity gets turned into glucose, which turns into fat

While gaining it is always important to eat lots (of course), but especially when you are eating less calorie dense food!
Sumo wrestlers eat plenty of nutritious foods, but their secret is to of course is to fill up on it all!
Indulge in weight gain shakes!
Using bulking powders in your weight gain shakes is a definite way to pack on those calories! Like protein powder, it can either cause muscle gain or fat gain depending on how you use it. Not doing much physical activity can cause weight gain if you’re using bulking/weight gain shakes!
Typically, you’d probably add a dairy product like ice cream, or heavy cream to your shakes, which is completely fine to do! But do keep in mind that there are lots of cholesterol in high fat dairy products, which may or may not be what you want on your journey. A good alternative would be coconut cream, and coconut milk, as they are high in calories, and low in both trans fats, and cholesterol!
Another tip is to use your weight gain powder in things like smoothies, or even baking!
Fats!
Fats are definitely an important part in weight gain, and there are many nutritious ways to get fats in you! For example, nuts, oils (such as avocado oil, and olive oil, fatty fish, high fat yogurt, avocados, and eggs! Another thing you can use is animal fats such as duck fat which isn’t very high in trans fats and cholesterol!

one of my biggest gripes about feedists is that anytime I say I’m working out or going to the gym I’m immediately met with “oh you shouldn’t be doing that! I’m fit enough for the both of us!” and I need people to understand this is such an insane thing to say
for starters, I’m not going to the gym to lose weight, I’m going so I can stay fat. I’m not exercising to be skinny, I’m exercising so I can exist in this body as comfortably as possible. even if I was, it’s no one else’s business. this association with exercising = doing it for weight loss absolutely baffles me, and the entitlement people demonstrate when they tell me not to makes me furious
it doesn’t matter whether feedees do or don’t exercise, whatever they do with their bodies is their choice, but the idea that feedees shouldn’t exercise purely because there’s a chance they might lose weight is fucking dumb. stop acting like fat people only exist for your pleasure and getting sulky when they talk about being real people
Oh the joys to give aftercare to a plump princess who just stuffed herself beyond her limits, helping her up from the couch and seeing her waddle to the bathroom for a shower since she made a bit of a mess with the melted ice cream she just ate, step by step I guide her to the shower and remove that bikini that used to fit her years ago and use our favorite shower gel to gently wash every single fat roll and rub her belly. Drying her with a towel carefully and sneaking kisses everywhere I can, to make sure she feels appreciated and loved, as I finish drying her, I retrieve the lotion, so I can rub it specially on her growing belly and on her newer stretch marks, moaning in both pain and pleasure when I apply more pressure on her bloated stomach.
Perhaps I could pamper her by giving her a belly massage or maybe making her favorite breakfast tomorrow morning, either way, I must take care of my plump princess who is only getting plumper with each meal she eats 💖✨
