I just like for the quickest second out my phone charger around my neck tightly and it felt so fucking good. I hate when I get so overwhelmed with anxiety and no one understands when I hit my wall and can’t do emotions or words. Like no you can’t fucking finish telling me how you feel bc I know and I know it is actually my fault and I want to die bc of it and don’t ask me a question and when I say I don’t know how to express Myself don’t you DARE Ask me what I mean.

90s pop reference. Hope you enjoyed the wedding and the extra sleep. I’m glad you said no to tonight for two reasons. 1. I have strep but am into you enough I probably would have gone anyway and then we both would have had strep. 2. It made me go to extra therapy and maybe there’s really a shot at this being something sometime. Anyway. I miss you. Lame, I know.
