I don't know, I really liked Gen V, but I especially liked it because we get a powerful black character as our lead, and her romantic interest is a bigender asian person. Like, I know for a fact some people prob hated that part of the show (never mind that minorities actually exist in real life and are also allowed to exist openly in fiction). It's diversity and it's done well imo, like it's surprisingly treated not as a punchline but as a part of their characters and storylines.
