Huh? Who’s this toon? He looks a lot like Alice. Did he somehow miss another creation? Why didn’t Drew decide to tell him?

“ …Uh, I ain’t seen it. But if I were you, I’d probably ask Sammy. ”

“Oh! That would make sense.” Bendy, you two probably aren’t talking about the same Sammy. 

“I just wish he would have grabbed his own sheet music. But, I guess he’d play over-dramatic if I were to say that.”

Ugh, sick days. Can toons even get sick? She’s sure feeling it. “My stomach hurts and I don’t like it one bit.”

So as some of you know, im working a good 50 hours this week. replies for blogs may be slow until about Wednesday if I’m really on at all until then.

          “get you back…? why would i want to do that?” the confusion was genuine; lips parted and head tilted. her little halo bounced when her head moved. “i don’t want to hurt anyone! it’s just mean! what about hurting someone is a ‘gag’?”

“Well, uh, you see...” Wow, this wasn’t going well for her at all. This was almost as hard as dealing with her own angel. What was it with angels and not getting her humor. 

“It’s just.. Slapstick comedy. You know, toon stuff. Happens to me in all ‘a my shorts! Uhhh...” How in Hell itself is she going to bring this back. “Let’s start over?”

If the inky abomination could visibly blink, he would’ve just then. This toon… looked a lot like an on-model him. And also like Alice, if a bit…smaller. But he’s confused and curious, he almost forgets to respond.

“…Grrooglgrr?”

Ah, sorry. He can’t really speak.

She has absolutely no clue what that means, but she’s going to run with it, anyways. “I think thought sounded like a question? Sorry, pal. It’s really hard to understand gurgles. But I like you, anyways. I’m Alice!” 

She’s got her hands behind her back, and the look of confusion quickly turns back to her on-model smile.

She’s holding a hand out to shake. It seems like a friendly gesture until you notice the joy buzzer she’s got. This is not how we make friends! 

          the hand was taken joyfully and obliviously, clearly overeager to meet a new pal. if she’d not been shocked, she would have shaken that hand rather vigorously – instead, she yelps and buzzes like a bug zapper ( unsurprisingly, rather cartoonishly ) before flopping onto the ground like a ragdoll.

          “…HEY…!” she shouted after pausing to collect herself. “what’cha do that for?! it hurt…!”

“It’s all part of the gag, don’t ya know? You’re supposed ta get me back!” She giggles, as though it was the most obvious answer she can give. Immediately, the joy buzzer goes away, and she holds a hand out for real. 

“Sorry about that, though. Sometimes a devil can’t help herself!”
