This is for everyone who said that the last episode of SPN was homophobic, especially Cas’s sacrifice

First of all, if you haven’t seen seasons 12 to 15 then you have to shut up and not speak, cause with all due respect, you have absolutely no idea what is going on.

Cas made a deal with the Empty to SAVE JACK. The deal was that The Empty would take Cas when he experienced true happiness. Cut back to S15 ep18, Billie was almost close to killing the both of them and the only thing that could overpower Billie was The Empty...... Now The Empty cannot come over to Earth unless summoned..... Now here is where Cas’s deal comes into play, Cas knew that if he wanted to save Dean this is the only way possible. So Cas finally admits that he loves Dean and always has and that this is his true happiness. Cas is truly happy, the Empty comes to complete the deal, taking Billie as well and hence Cas saving Dean.

Cas did NOT go to The Empty bcoz he admitted he loved Dean, he went cause he was happy and the deal happened.

So no, in no way was the whole scene homophobic, yall just want to shit on them without watching the other seasons and with ZERO context.

And as for Dean, do you even know his character?! He DOES NOT express emotions well, and there was so much going on at the moment that him being unable to react was perfect, and as for Jensen, you do realise that he has to follow a script right?! And what he did was perfectly in character for Dean.

And are you really telling me this is the face of a man who doesn’t give a damn about what happened?!
