Instead of developing self knowledge and self mastering, we have learnt to look outside ourselves in a never-ending quest for gratification, mistakenly believing that such a pursuit can ensure our happiness
we are all discovering that those who have everything can still be profoundly miserable and live desperate empty lives
The problem is that we have dedicated ourselves to satisfying our lust rather than expressing our love
Because our collective goal has become to gratify our physical sensors, above all else, we have developed to a self-centred culture that condones competition, exploitation, and whatever it takes to get us what we want - our egocentric behaviour manifest in countless forms and is driven by lust
When we are not in loving environments or relationships, we are having real problems with the quality of our existence
If we really accept that life is a school of love how could we not be mindful of every moment? When we are not happy we are forgetting our identity and purpose
Every moment is a chance to give and receive more love
