Everyone is talking about how bad microplastics are for your body and for the environment, so I made the switch from reusable plastic bottles to metal. I'm sure it's in my head, but water in a plastic bottle just seems to taste better.

Christmas Eve dinner of the 4 Fishes!

Shucked oysters with a mignonette with parsley, cucumber, and radishes, made with rice wine vinegar, champagne vinegar, Ponzu, fresh lemon juice, sugar and fresh cracked white pepper.

And then pasta with jarred tuna, shrimp with confit garlic oil, confit garlic, parsley, fresh lemon juice, Calabrian chilies, dried vermouth, and butter. Topped with homemade breadcrumbs and olive oil.
