being in two fandoms that get content at different rates gives me whiplash cause it’s like

fandom one: ughhhhhhhhhh where’s the new game :((( it’s been six months and I’m boredddd oh well guess I’ll watch the new movie teaser and watch the show and read the comics and buy the consistent stream of merch that’s available in every store

fandom two: well they just cancelled the only thing that was keeping this franchise alive… the parent company also said they’re no longer financially supporting projects of their ip’s either…at least we’re getting a figure of that one character from 30 years ago :]
