I'm a girl whose been more or less- overweight her whole life. I just want to be fit, happy and healthy. c:
I started getting my mind right around May 2013, but I went on vacation about 2 weeks later and came home different. I then sprain my ankle and it's still not fully healed. In the time I was bed-ridden and inactive, I gained about 10 pounds; adding on to the excess weight I gained while I was depressed. Altogether, I've gained about 30 pounds in a year. I'm currently 160; 5'1". I started over July 24, 2013.

"I’ve written a song for my wife."
Fred was married 72 years to his wife. He wrote a song for her when he saw a songwriting contest advertised in the paper, and he couldn’t resist writing one for her. She had just passed a month earlier.
They had been together since the 30′s.
96 years old, Fred couldn’t play an instrument or sing, so he simply mailed in his lyrics, attaching his story in the letter. When the studio holding the contest saw his song and read his letter, they decided to record it for him and play the song for him to hear.

fml it's been so long since I last exercised on a daily basis I got caught up with music school and now I'm changing my sleeping schedule so I'm always tired 😭😭😭😭😭😫😞 I need to go for a run.
