So...hey

Are people still here? Am I still here?

So over the last three weeks, I finally moved back out of my parents’ house five years after surgery, had a seriously bad reaction to suddenly Being Responsible For Myself and Other Living Things™ by freaking out when the cat decided to have a hunger strike, having panic attacks to the point of non-function starting from taking the cat to the emergency vet on Xmas Eve, going to Urgent Care myself a few days after, and then apparently getting over it. At least I hope I have.

The cat is fine, after anti-emetics, appetite stims and -$500, and in fact is quite certain he might starve if not constantly fed. The dog is also fine, though she’s still not super sure of where she lives. They both don’t seem to remember they grew up in this place, though I’m sure it smells entirely different since its all been remodeled.

I’m more or less fine too. I dunno if I just associated this apartment (same one I used to live in) with the bad memories of getting sick, or the stress of somewhat suddenly moving and everything. I ruined Christmas basically. It sucked.
