So yautja live a lot longer than humans and in the comics a human lived really long by consuming yautja hearts.

Imagine your yautja regularly seeking out bad bloods or becoming someone that hunts fugitive yautja just to feed the hearts to you and make sure you at least live somewhat as long as them.

Or your yautja being a bad blood that saves the hearts for when they're needed.

Whichever you prefer.
