Getting deleted?

Dear community,

17th of December 2018 is close. We do not wish to actively delete suitbusters from tumblr but assume many of our posts will be deleted (or put private) by the automatism tumblr has in place, regardless if it manages to identify intended content.

We love consuming blogs here and are trying to use this account in this manner. Still we will not post anything new here unless there is another change.

By now we do not have any replacement but we assume it will come over time. Our YouTube channel becomes a burden, too. While there were not many issues in the beginning we recently get strikes even for non-offensive videos which are more than 7 years old.

We have been deleted from flickr before. They are known for not tolerating adult content and recently changed their business model to become even worse. Instagram belonging to FB is no option. Neither are dedicated porn sites like xtube or pornhub a way to go for us. We regard our stuff not fitting in there. Additionally the upload functionality and the quality of service of xtube caused many issues for us. We do not want to go back there.

We will keep posting reduced video versions to YouTube as long as they tolerate this. Our already existing twitter account has been renamed to @suitbusters and we will use it for communication when tumblr is no more. Material not compatible with YouTube will be posted to brittle suitbusters.org to be independent from any corporate mind changes.

A community platform still has to be found.
