Summer Peaks - Change

また風邪をひきました。大学入ってから睡眠と食事は大事だとやっと気づけましたが、実行できるかはまた別の話ですね…

カリフォルニアを拠点に活動をするSummer Peaksのシングル。ギターポップがうまい具合に掘れていなくてかな���飢えていたのですが、このChangeには一発でやられてしまいました。というより一発でやられてしまうような、ときめきめいたものをギターポップには求めている気がする。

このChangeもイントロのギターリフから溢れる爽やかさに一瞬で惹かれてしまいました。聴き進めていくとラストにはメタルかよと言いたくなるようなクサメロが含まれているところも愛らしいです。このジャケのダサさとかも。

季節的に今聴くには少しズレているかもしれませんが、寒くなってしんみりしがちな帰り道とか、今年の総括でノスタルジックな気分になった時とかには新曲聴くと活力が湧いてくるので是非。
