hi everyone, i'm really worried for mem (@budaflyhi) and their roommate. for the last month mem's been working tirelessly to crowdfund to try to prevent the two of them from being evicted. they are now drowning in thousands of dollars of unpaid bills - any of which could lead to eviction itself - but most urgently needed is RENT, which was due yesterday and will incur late fees daily as it continues to not be met. PLEASE help 2 disabled Black people who are unemployable, chronically ill, disregulated, and overly stressed from the horrors of this situation. thank you!!!!

I've made a post recently asking for 400$, only received 21$, which I'm grateful for, but due to my utter dependency on external financial help, isn't enough. I have severe OCD, was recently diagnosed with severe depression and subnutritution, and have multiple gut issues and auditory hallucinations. This means I have a small heap of medical appointments I have to go to in addition to just living life, and I'm bleeding money into transportation.

I also have barely any spring clothing (as in right below the bare minimum). I need to constantly replenish toiletry. I need money for food, and especially since I can't use the kitchen most of the time because of my Mom, ready made meals are expensive. My mother is asking for 50$ as a "contribution". I also have to take care of my phone bill.

HA HA SO i really fucking hoped i wouldn’t have to do this but the day that i got my job, my partner was unjustly fired from her job. so now instead having two incomes, we’re left with not enough, and get slightly more behind every month trying to play catch up. im so sorry, but we’re asking for your help again.

my partner doesn’t drive and it is taking literally every available spoon to work full time again so we just don’t have the capacity to do second jobs (i’ve barely had time to use tumblr 😭). if you can help us from going into the red, we should be able to keep up with everything going forward, even with only one income.

hoping to raise $300, to cover a couple of bills without dipping into rent savings, and keep us (and our cat!) fed. please please consider helping us. we just need to get through the next couple of months.

jehad (@jehadkhaledk) was a lawyer and legal consultant in gaza; his wife was a nurse, and they lived with their infant children khaled and intesar in a beautiful house before their home, law office, and hospital were all destroyed by israeli planes. their children have now experienced the horrors of war for the majority of their lives, from staying in tents flooded by polluted waters, malnutrition, sickness, and more. they are raising funds to cross the border and rebuild their lives.

they have currently only raised about half a percentage point of their goal.

nighttime mutual aid request: mohammed al-masri & family

before october 7, 2023, mohammed (@iammohammedw) was in university studying mechatronics engineering. but his life was turned upside down as he and his family were forcibly displaced from their family in beit hanoun. since then, mohammed has suffered multiple displacements; being separated from his family, detained and sexually harassed by israeli soldiers; and the loss of two of his aunts, three of his cousins, and his beloved cat. he is trying to raise funds to protect his family and get them basic food and water.

they have currently only raised 1.99% of their goal.
