That’s What She Bed - Bunk & Loft Bed Set

Perfect for shared rooms, tiny rooms, kids’ rooms and toddler rooms - the ‘That’s What She Bed’ series is versatile, modern and a little playful. The loft bed can be paired with a single or toddler bed for an unconventional bunk bed or the space underneath can be used for the tiny desk in this series to maximize space. The ladder can also be placed on either side of the bunk or loft bed. Coordinating add-ons including an end table, dresser, and desk complete the set. Eight modern colors and wood hues make this set the perfect furniture set for simmie kid.

All of the frames and beds in this set are fully functional. For the bunk beds, there are two mattresses of which one is meant for the top bunk and the other for the bottom bunk. Do not use bb.moveobjects to move the lower mattress to the top bunk as this will make it unusable.

The area under the loft bed can be used for any item that fits underneath with both the bed and item remaining fully functional. The tiny desk that is part of this series was designed and sized to fit perfectly underneath the loft bed. You can also place the single-size bed or toddler bed underneath the loft bed while both remaining functional.

The single-sized beds in this set are also compatible with the bunk beds from the ‘Tropic Like It’s Hot’ series.

Ether Curved Seating - Four New Seating Options

I wanted to create a curved sofa as a bit of a challenge from an image I found on pinterest (like usual) and ended up with the set you see above. I get modern but a bit of a retro vibe from this design and I surprisingly love it in pink. Another great sofa collection to add to my ever expanding catalogue of living room seating. Will I stop? Probably not.

Counter Argument - Functional Bar and Counter Set

The ‘Counter Argument’ series breaks the mold of everything your sim has come to expect of the typical kitchen surface. This set features 10 different statement pieces that are both functional and customizable. There are two options for functionality - a fully functional bar or a sideboard that can hold small appliances. Both functions are offered in 5 different pieces. Two standalone pieces which come in two sizes and three modular pieces. Modular pieces can be tiled seamlessly with the other modular pieces in this series - both the sideboard and bar versions. Mix and match bar and sidebar pieces for maximum customization! It can also be used just a pretty accent table.

This is a ten generation legacy challenge that will cure you of your boredom! Each generation has in-depth storylines that helps assist you to adding more volume to your sims origins and gameplay. With sets of goals and requirements that each generation must complete before a new heir takes over. 

Rules: 

○ You can add in extra details/plots/events/etc, that you may want to for each generation. You can feel free to make this as crazy as you may want it to be. The goal of this legacy challenge is to help guide gameplay. 

○ Money cheats are allowed to a certain degree. You can do cheats like “freerealestate” and “money 00″ for story-telling purposes. (But I don’t think you will need it XD)

○ Feel free to use MODS to further enhance your gameplay. No restrictions here just super excited to see what everyone does with this challenge. 

○ ALL goals and requirements must be met before a new heir takes over

The Sea Breeze Cottage is a traditional Brindelton Bay home. Ideal for a solitary sim with its small vegetable garden, or a young family, with the beach nearby, for long romantic walks.

INFORMATION

It’s a renovation for the YTB Belle Pinte. Check her video ! ♡♡ Rules :  1) Make a garden with a vegetable garden and a relaxation area. 2) The budget is unlimited. 3) You can use the basic game and all the packs EXCEPT luxury party, scary accessories, outdoor and bowling). 4) We do not remove the walls, but we can modify them (half-walls, barriers, spandrels…). 5) We can add terraces, balconies, awnings… but not closed rooms (except to make roofs that require attics, but then we do not fit them out)! 6) We put the house on a 30x20 plot of land and we don’t move it. 7) For everything else (foundations, roofs, layout of the rooms…) you have free time !
