Super Bowl Sunday Drink Recipes That Are Simple to Make
If you're anything like me, you don't care about a football being tossed across a field while people run in opposite directions on a February Sunday. Instead, you're pumped when Jennifer Lopez strolls onto the screen, singing some early 2000s hits, or when the game cuts to commercial break, allowing you to watch sometimes clever, sometimes cringeworthy multi-million dollar advertisements. But, most importantly, you're looking forward to the variety of snacks and beverages that the Super Bowl will provide.
Because of the lingering effects of the coronavirus pandemic, the 2022 Super Bowl and its subsequent parties may look a little different this year. But that doesn't mean you should stop eating and drinking well.
Wine Cooler with Your Own Adventure
As the name implies, you can customize this wine cooler recipe to suit your preferences. To brighten things up, all you'll need is some wine, a fruit liqueur, fresh fruit, and something fizzy. It's a delectable adventure! Given that citrus season is in full swing, how about something with a lot of oranges, grapefruit, and lemons?
Cocktail Crush

When it comes to citrus season, the crush is a must-try. Everyone recalls their first love. Choose grapefruit or oranges to go with your vodka or gin. You can dress it up with a sprig of rosemary or some aromatic basil. This light cocktail goes well with dips, pizza, and anything else on your Super Bowl snack menu.
Old Fashioned

We couldn't leave out a classic on this list. With sugar, bitters, whiskey, and a fragrant orange peel, this recipe is as simple and easy to make as it gets. If bourbon or rye whiskey is more your style, go for it.
Hunch Punching

Make this punch in a plastic storage bucket to relive your college days. It's got everything you'd expect from a throwback drink: sugary Hawaiian punch or Kool-Aid (your choice), floating wheels of orange and pineapple slices with juice to match, and bubbly soda. You won't be able to taste the alcohol, but you will definitely feel it.
This House Punch Must Be Safeguarded

As far as Super Bowl recipes go, this punch is pretty appropriate. This recipe contains raspberry and Maraschino liqueur for sweetness, but it is lightened up with chilled green tea. It's light and refreshing, and it'll go great with all of those greasy chicken wings you'll be eating.
Tequila Mule

Every Super Bowl party includes a tequila connoisseur. That person is me, so I should know. Instead of margaritas and palomas, try this fun twist on a Moscow Mule. The recipe calls for tequila instead of vodka, but it still has the zesty flavors of ginger and lime to kick it up a notch.
Cosmonot

This is for all of you Cosmopolitan fans looking for that tart flavor without the hangover. The Cosmonot is a cocktail created by Gramercy Tavern that combines muddled oranges, lemons, and limes with grape juice and grenadine.
Chamomile Hot Toddy

At the end of the day, the Super Bowl is still taking place in February, which is arguably the coldest month of the year. This chamomile-infused hot toddy is ideal for sipping in the fourth quarter. The best part is that it's warm and comforting, which is exactly what you need when your team is losing.
Somerset

Just because you don't drink alcohol doesn't mean you can't enjoy a well-crafted cocktail. Take the Somerset, for example: a refreshing blend of cilantro, turmeric, and pineapple syrup combined with soda water and lime juice creates a palatable non-alcoholic drink that will go well with your charcuterie, chips, and dip spread.
