How do you make silly fish

We first start with this [ㅤ] (It's in the box) symbol. It's an invisible symbol that acts like the water (as some devices will remove access spaces from the formatting. We prepare a wall of this symbol, then highlight bits and replace them with Fish and symbols from our collection.

We put them wherever until we think the Fish look correct, and then go through our list, to send our completed Fish art to all Fish sendees. We have to take breaks, as we can only send ten per hour. That is how we do our silly Fish.
