130kcal for an ENTIRE chocolate cake
Tumblr media
If you’ve already seen this recipe on MPA, it’s because I posted it there a while back. Anyway, here it is:
Ingredients
20g all-purpose flour (72.8)
10g cocoa powder (22.8)
2 egg whites (34)
40g allulose (14)*
Total Calories: 143.6kcal
*You can, of course, use zero-calorie sweetener if you’d like. The resulting cake will be 129.6kcal.
Instructions
Beat the egg whites to soft peaks and add in the allulose in 2-3 stages, mixing well between each addition. Continue to beat to form stiff peaks.
Fold in the flour and cocoa powder, being careful not to knock out too much air from the meringue.
Put the batter into a cake tin, flatten out the surface (or don’t and get an ugly cake), and bake in a preheated, 170˚C oven for 20 minutes.
Turn off the oven but leave the cake in there for 10 more minutes.

pinch of salt- 0cal
1/4 tsp vanilla extract- 0cal
sweetener to taste (i did about 1/2tsp)- 0cal
2 slices low cal bread (i used franz keto bread which is 40 cal/slice but you can use whatever you have)- 80cal
2 tbsp sugar free syrup (i used mrs butterworth’s)- 10cal
directions:
whisk together milk, baking powder, cinnamon, salt, and vanilla until smooth
soak each bread slice in the milk mixture until fully coated
cook in a nonstick pan until warm (they wont really get crispy unless you use oil)
serve with syrup and toppings of choice
unlike some low cal recipes, this actually tastes like real food! and it’s super easy to make and pretty filling for the calories!
stay safe and remember to drink water! xx

150 calorie spicy chicken soup
½ a small onion
1 chopped carrot (used canned carrots if you like softer veggies)
2 sliced mushrooms
2oz of cooked, shredded chicken breast
(I added one sliced Vienna sausage for about 20 calories more)
1 cup of chicken broth
1 tbsp of tomato paste
½ tsp of cayenne
1 tsp of oregano
Garlic powder, salt and pepper to taste
Combine the veggies and chicken breast in a pot or deep pan. Add half of the broth, the tomato paste and all the spices. Mix fully and boil together until the broth reduces almost all the way down. Add the rest of the broth and pour into a bowl. You can add more broth if you’d like, as most broths are only about 10 to 15 calories per cup. This recipe makes one dinner bowl of hearty soup! It’ll definitely make you feel full and has a lot of protein. If you can spare the calories, this would be great with some crackers too 💖

PSA
You can still be sick even if you’re eating normally. Even if you’re eating more than what is recommended for your weight.
If you eat a healthy amount but still wake up every day thinking “today is the day I’m going to start starving again” you’re still sick. If you think in calories and fat content you’re still sick. If you hate your body and idealize being underweight, you’re still sick.
Restriction is a symptom, not the sickness. You’re still valid and deserve help.

Korean chive and onion pancake for 121cal
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
Its super filling and delish
My mum loves them too
Heres how you make them:
Add 2 and 1/2 tbsp of flour salt and a pinch of baking powder to a bowl (optional: some garlic powder)
Add about 3 to 4 tbsp water until the consistency is smooth but not watery
Cut your veggies (you can add whatever you like, i think chives and onions work the best)
Mix veggies and the batter and heat a non stick pan on medium heat
add your mix once the pan is hot, spread the vegetables evenly and cover it for about 5 minutes
Flip the pancake and cook for another 5 min, continue flipping untill the batter is cooked through
Cut the pancake into chopstick comfortable pieces and enjoy by dipping in soy or hot sauce
Hope you give it a try its really worth the calories and its not a tiny ass serving size lol

I HAVE A RECIPE FOR 59 calorie pizza OMFG!!!!
I wanted to share this with you guys sooner but I’ve had to do a bit of configurations on the dough, getting the right proportions and shit.
59 CALORIE PIZZA
Makes 2 4” pizzas at 59 calories each, for both it is 118 calories (wayyy less than ONE slice of regular pizza at 300 calories!!! You can literally have 3 ½ of these for the same amount of calories)
FOR THE TORTILLAS:
¼ cup flour , 2 tbsp water , ½ tsp baking powder , ½ tsp salt
Mix all the ingredients until a stiff dough forms, cut the ball of dough into 4 equal portions, roll out the dough balls to about 4 inches across, heat a nonstick skillet to medium and add cooking spray, cook both sides of the tortillas until there are slight brown spots. This makes 4 tortillas and each one is 22 calories.
FOR THE PIZZA SAUCE:
1 can tomato paste , 1 can tomato sauce , ½ cup of HOT water, 1 tablespoon oregano , 1 teaspoon basil , 1 ½ teaspoon minced garlic , 1 teaspoon onion powder , ½ teaspoon salt , ¼ teaspoon white pepper , 1 teaspoon black pepper
Mix all ingredients together, this makes 2 cups of pizza sauce, each tbsp is 14 calories each
FOR THE PIZZAS:
2 tortillas , 1 Tbsp pizza sauce , 2 tbsp mozzarella , 5 slices turkey pepperoni , 1/8 teaspoon crushed red pepper (this is a COMPLETELY optional ingredient!!!!!)
Bake the tortillas for about 10 minuets on 350°, take them out and add half the pizza sauce and half the mozzarella to each pizza, then cut the pepperoni slices in half (or fourths if you’d like) and add them on top, add the crushed red pepper (if using) and bake at 350° for 10 more minuets.

okay y’all. i discovered something at costco and i have to share. i found these egg thins.
Tumblr media
they’re made with eggs and cauliflower and they’re like a wrap. and they’re 8 CALORIES PER THIN. i tried them today with cheese and smoked salmon and they’re. so. good. they taste like eggs but slightly starchier because of the cauliflower. i feel like i can have a breakfast wrap (well 2, they’re small) without the calories from a tortilla. they’re keto and paleo friendly and gluten free. i normally don’t do recommendations like this, but i couldn’t keep it to myself. i highly recommend this to anyone who wants to try them :) stay safe everyone 🖤

New safe food alert 🚨 I repeat, new safe food alert this is not a drill!!
These are 3 chicken tenders for 100 calories!!! And they come in packets of 6 tenders for 200 calories altogether. They’re also vegan, and very yummy 😋 I like to eat some of these with siracha or bbq sauce if I feel like I have the calories to spare
