I think I just realized why I’ve been feeling stressed this past week- since I’m in between stores I feel like I’m working 2 jobs right now... which probably makes me feel like how it was when I was actually working between 2 separate jobs and my life was chaos. There’s the anticipation of the new store opening and all the excitement in the air... as well as the pressure that comes with that responsibility and wanting to do a good job, and then there’s the strange feeling of not fully being satisfied or feeling fulfilled in the old store.

That’s probably what it is. It’s been kind of soul crushing tbh but tomorrow is my last day at my old store.

Today I work a double. It’s an open, then a close in one day, then tomorrow I open. What the hell.
