I remember my 1st memory of such a winter, was in february ith & we were out 4 buying our 1st & only washing machine (cant imagine my mom used to wash clothes by hand untill then) & I was like first degree în school or so (primary)... & yeah it was february & no snow... & I remember feeling like so confused... or almost no snow, like it all melted... o.o

Me every winter, or almost every winter, get similar vibes... lol (not funny)
