sorry to bother you but i have a question that i have been pondering for a minute: are sam and dean half siblings in your interpretation, if you fancast kajol as mary?

nooo, I write them as blood siblings. Kajol is a loose fancast, just who I kinda picture in my head when I imagine an 80s Mary Winchester running around and simping for a guy whose best quality is his car

Sam simply just inherited everything from his mom: personality, looks, and psychic-ness (head canon of mine that it comes from her side of the family)

"Wait, no." Sam shuffles then fans out the deck before him. "Now pick a card."

"Right!" Sarah raises her hands in surrender and goes back to a relaxed position in the chair, "Right. Sorry. Not gonna say another word 'til you're done." She mimes zipping her mouth then puts the very real key in her pocket.

"I'm not done yet!" He draws another card. Then puts it back in the pile and draws a different card. "They don't mean anything until I'm done pulling."

"And I've got two of them anyway- that... tracks actually." It's her turn to frown at the cards. "What does it mean?"

He places another Six of Swords down.

"I don't think there's supposed to be two of these."

"... 'Oh no'?" The lean forward is unnecessary. It's not like she has X-ray vision. "What's 'oh no', Sam?"

"Yes." He nods, confident as he pulls the second card. Less confident as he reads it. "Oh no."

Eyebrows, furrowed. Is this a test? They're two seconds in. "... Yes?"

"Alright. First card." He pulls. Then frowns. "Six of swords?"

"------- You said it's free. Hit me with it."
