Where is the Morality? Where is the Honesty?

I always approached SBI for my Banking loan despite private banks offering lower interest.

I always parked my excess funds in the Tvs group companies a la Sundaram Finance even if other NBFC offer a notch higher rate of interest

My Insurance was always with LIC despite the private sector offering attractive schemes.

If I invested in equity I always chose a Tata, Infosys or a Wipro.

I was always wondering why I Was inclined to a such traditional age old comapanies instead of neo generation companies which were offering better returns or services.

A little bit introspection revealed that I generally was inclined to people or company which looked honest ethical and transparent. And a deeper introspection revealed the reason for it. Right from childhood we were thrusted into the value teachings. Not in a former ethical or moral class but on the day to happenings in life by elders at home, mainly mother.

“Dont do this”, “dont do that” it a sin, “you will be punished” and that prevents you or atleast makes you fearful and conscious of any wrong acts. These value lessons when it resonates through out your life you generally tend to become a person of values.

And when the corporate world has leaders with such values it becomes a nicer world.

But today in the capitalist world where success is measured in terms of money and material the value base has taken a backest of the seats.

That is why you find it so difficult to find companies with values any more, it is countable and few.

History has proved that the company which lives on values exists for a longer period cutting across generation. And the companies without perishes within the same generation.

BJP should be okay with the current TN government. They are n control of that state though from behind . AIDMK also needs BJP support against DMK and Sasikala team when madam is back from jail.

BJP cannot think of winning in TN by themselves. Rajanikanth could have helped BJP. But not sure of polotical intentions and even he enters will he wield influence as a standalone.

BJP-Rajani- Aidmk is the best combo for Tamilmadu.

If that happends DMK will be eliminated for some time in TN.

BJP Strategy in states

It is imperative that BJP wanted their government of in MP Rajasthan and Maharashtra and Goa Too.

The strategy adopted in Goa will be strategy adopted in other states too where they lost .

The Gap for government formation  in MP and Rajasthan and Maharashtra is  low that it is easy to forma a government - We all know how .

But BJP will never allow the local government to be too powerful not obeying he Central. In such cases it is better to allow the BJP to lose for some time till the local power is in line with Central BJP. Same thing happened in MP. MR SSC was allowed to loose deliberately.  Did not make any effort to form government for some time till SSC was in track with BJP central. And then the Kamalnath Government was toppled and SSC is back.  In the long run I am sure BJP  has different Chief Ministerial plans of their choice.

Same is the story with Rajasthan. The earlier BJP CM was going out of control to the extent that it was spoiling the BJP image. So let her loose and allowed Cong Government. During this time ensured the local BJP  power falls in line with central BJP. Once that is done, it is time to topple the congress Rajasthan government. Here again the chief ministerial  plan will be of a central choice .

Same Story  in Maharashtra.  SS was trying to arm-twist BJP.  So allow them to tie up with Cong and NCP and fall by themselves.  Then form a government. SS Ideal match more with BJP  than the other parties . The will be back in BJP fold by what ever means.  It is a question of time.
