ermmm it’s a bit angsty actually

hmmm,m where do i even start. well, first off, i wanted to say that they’re obviously childhood friends. edd knew him since he was pre-tord (ha get it hes transgener) and… well, he doesn’t really give a damn about it! i see edd being not that educated in lgbtq theme he just knew what he is and respect others. so he respects tord fully.

tord has major gender dysphoria when he started to drift away from edd (before he leaved). especially because he hung with the “bad guys”, so hes friends with addictions (this includes smoking, he got SAed i think… maybe? but he just doesnt remember that. and he earned nymphomania as he moved out. And alcoholic addiction as well.) since he was probably a kid. family didn’t really care where he was the whole day, if hes coming back each evening then everything’s probably cool? maybe.

in general, i just think that tords seeking comfort in edd and edd just. likes to offer this comfort. and they just like to hang out together. i didnt want to describe tord too edgy though, hes still a pain in the ass because of his distant natural personality, because if anything’s going to happen suddenly - he’d start to distance himself from that *one particular* person even if they didn’t want to commit any harm to him. and i don’t want to see edd only like a caretaker, he’s a human with his feelings after all. i mean. Yes, he lived in more healthy conditions, but sometimes he just. feels too frustrated in one moment. after the end he got even more disappointed. this is what he receives after years of gaining tord’s trust? unbelievable. and well, tord’s completely disappointed in himself, in edd (why won’t he chase after him?(ftmitski)), in others. he’ll hate everything, he’d fall in the pit, he’d see nightmares every night with edds involvement :) but still maintaining his snarky personality because he’s #dodgingpsychosislikeapro ; but i think he could make a shitty apology for edd, so they’re just hanging around together (sometimes.) in wtfuture when tords masking his identity or something like that. yay codependency

if we’ll take some kind of au where they’re together and everything’s kind of okay - they just have a queerplatonic relationship. tord heals from his addictions, and edd’s finally calm about him, he can stop running after him finally. also including that he’s demiromantic for me and demisexual(?) and they’re both kind of neurodivergent (both audhd i guess), they have troubles with having romantic attraction AND understand it (despite this, they do have a somewhat healthy connection, which IS unbelievably strong. matt and tom are really having many questions about that.) so they’re just chilling together. FINALLY!!!
