Script for pitch video
There is a consideration of New Zealand Youth's psychological health. New Zealand has the second-highest youth suicide rate in the developed countries. The pressure and stress are multi-directional, such as money, time-management, interrelationship, or the change of environment. The youth from 16-25, are targeted as they are experiencing the transitional stage in their lives. Most of them are University students, who are ready to graduate and face to find "good" jobs. They are anxious and nervous for the final tests or publication. The intense atmosphere and coming of deadline enlarge the psychological pressure. They are not mature enough to deal with the pressures like mature people. Most people are sensitive to let other people know they are mentally sick. Families or friends cannot always accompany with young people. Considering these, I came up with the idea of designing an app that allows young people to relax and calm by themselves. Some apps help users to relax with sound and visuals, but the interface is crowded and overwhelmed. Too much information cannot calm people but cause more anxiety. My solution is an interactive audio-visual app. It embraces the calm computing concept that focuses on the importance of technology without panicking people. Audio and visual interaction is compelling than just sound. I strengthen the relaxation with breath function, Meditation, and audio stories after the researching of calm skills. The app is designed to be minimalistic, with big icons and geometrical shapes. The colors are greyish Morandi colors that comfort eyes. The change between day mode and night mode can satisfy the circumstances and personal preference. The app is novel and competitive as I added on the sound effect to commit with sound, which helps to create a calm environment.

Choosing of Prototyping Tool
As I am doing the audio-visual app, I will try to find an app that is compatible with audio or video. The hardest part is the animation as users wanted to know the timeline.
Webflow: Webflow is strong enough to make the cool animation. I have gone through most of its tutorials and ready to start, but I finally found it was too hard for me to use, especially the margin and spacing. But it definitely allows the audio and video. This is the reason why I felt a bit sad when I found myself dont know how to use this great tool.
Flinto: Flinto is a great prototyping tool. I have done most of my PNG files and they were ready for prototyping, but after about 18 screens later, the screen is like the slow motion...
Atomic: Unfortunately it doesnt work now...
Invision: it allows great animation, but not for the audio and video...
Justinmind: Great tool, but I was not used to the interface of it. Besides, I am confused about its Import function. It supported the audio, which was good. The main problem was it kept on cracking out.
Framer X: The tutorials show it is a cool prototyping tool, such as making cool transition and animation. However, it does not support audio and video.
Adobe XD: definitely a great tool. It allows the cool animation and transition within few easy steps. Unfortunately, it does not support audio and video. I found this after I have done most part of design in Adobe XD...It took me a lot of time, but it deserved trying.
Proto.io: Ok, after a certain long trip of exploring, I found this tool which is compatible with audio and video, and it is very sustainable. The design interface is a bit rough, but I was surprised by how funtional and strong it is.
The choosing of suitable prototyping tool is not easy, but I reckon I have found that best tool for this project. I also knew what the other famous prototyping tool of their strongness and weakness. Sometimes I found the prototype tool was limited after I have done most work, which was time-consuming. Fortunately now I knew something and it would save my time of choosing the prototyping tool in the future.

Filming Pitch Video
Reflection about Filming the Contectual Pitch Video
This is the second half part of the pitch video. It showed how a nervous, anxious University student used the audio-visual app to distress and called out people to use the “SoundCalm“ app. Although I had a storyboard of filming, but the filming process had so many unexpected. I had to consider the sunlight, exposure, angle of filming. Even a small take just appeared in my final pitch video for a few seconds, that might took us 2 hours to think about which angle could maximumly show the user’s face and the screen clearly.
And unluckily my camera had too many noises when filming. We finnally used the Iphone to film, and the quality was as good as a camera.
The result was so different with what I expected, but that was good though.
I greatly appreciated my friend Caitlin to film for me. The set up of projector took a little bit of time, but the result was also amazing. Great thanks to Charles for the projector, allowing me to show the novelty of my product.

I have combined the display of screens and contextual situation together. I also added the explaination for better understanding.
Havent checked the spelling yet. I will see what James and Logan will say tomorrow.
Next Step:
Contextual Document

Assets For Pitch Video
This is the prototyped being filmed in the second half part of pitch video. Looks a bit craped but it looked fine when I open the app in my phone. The disadvantage was the screen was not that clear in the pitch video.

Pitch Video Test 3
https://drive.google.com/open?id=1hxVre5qZ3X8LoplrnXpZ4NyK0iRQxzAr
1. I enlarged the screen a little bit.
2. I changed the stories section, making it more consistent with the rest screens
3. I have redesigned the hypnosis circle to make it look more smooth.
This will be the basic structure of my final pitch video, with half of the screen displaying and half of the contextual environment.
Next Step:
1. I want to clarify the night mode in the first half part of pitch video.
2. I need to add the script to the pitch video.

Pitch Video Test 2 and Feedback
https://vimeo.com/user88712364/review/364694128/6d8c748ba1
Been a week, I have done the half of the pitch video.
The background music so good so far, relaxing and calm.
I am satisfied with the new breath section and the circle when people listen to the music. Also I like the water movement of the meditation section.
I think the story section can be better.
Next Step:
Night mode prototype for rest part of the pitch video.
Feedback From James about the video:
1. make the size of the screen bigger.
2. change the screen of stories, such as bedtime stories or chinese mythology stories.
3. make the round circle more consistent.
