also a couple things mostly aimed @ me the next time I log back on, but also useful for new followers that don’t know my portrayal of Watts !!

- he’s a very classy, sarcastic gentleman who happens to be one hell of a tech wizard. 

Watts started his tech company WattsTech back in his Atlas military days and grew it to quite monopolistic standards, until a rather conspiracy-level nation-wide scandal forced to desert his CEO position. However, his employees managed to re-employ him as a operations consultant with his previous salary, and business has resumed as normal (unbeknownst to the rest of Atlas).

- he is NOT a publicly known agent of Salem.

Does Watts have and make contacts in all 4 kingdoms? Absolutely, but whether he’s meeting corporate leaders like Jacques Schnee ( @mosaickly ) or visiting acquaintances like Li Ren ( @becomestorm ) all the way out in Kuyokuri on a CCT System installation request, he is but professional to a T, even if he does become lively in the presence of long-time friends. Nobody knows anything about his private life, and given Watts is one to think about products and profits and nothing else, nobody would ever suspects that he would be an agent of darkness.

- didn’t the show describe him as a disgraced scientist?

Raven sure as hell called him that !!  however, those within Atlas’ industrial district and those that knew him on a frequent basis before the scandal forced him to resign continued business with him and WattsTech. Sure, he’s referred to as the exiled head of WattsTech, but that doesn’t stop him and the company from giving talks to university-bound students, donating to charities, and continuously holding off WattsExpos to showcase their newest product.

- what’s he like in person?

Watts is a honest man (he’ll distract, but never flat out lie), tvery goal-oriented man, narcissistic to a degree, and perpetually lowkey amused by the way things are going in Atlas. He tends to sport a distant, far-away look but that disappears the moment you ask him to take a look at something for real, and the more intelligence he hears from the conversation partner, the more invested he becomes in them (albeit it’s a gradual scale). 

Is he sarcastic? Sure, and he’s got a comeback for every situation excepts the ones where they speak for themselves, but when it comes down to his brilliant and hard-working employees (this also carries over to his mercenary contracting for Salem), Watts is the world’s best boss, and will both listen and guide his workers to their own solutions.
