He’d just been stretching when he felt the material against the skin of his neck. Jolting away from it automatically, but not fast enough to keep from hearing the tell-tale click of it being put in place he whirled around and froze. His hand reached up to feel what he was already sure it must be but needing confirmation. It even had a little bell on it. Of course he’d gone for the cat collar.
“Listen here! I know you have a short attention span sometimes but I just said that I wasn’t going to allow something like this!” He growled automatically, his hand reaching toward where he knew the clasp of the collar would be. He was going to take this dumb thing off right here and now.
