This small platter was the bestest i ever had in my whole Bali trip and life! In this @warung_biahbiah you can order a platter and choose what kind of dishes you want in it... This is the authentic Balinese cuisine I could eat this everyday .. So in this platter we have: (Anticlockwise) • sate ayam.. (ayam means chicken ): chicken Satay in peanut sauce; just like my previous post which was with soybeans this is with chicken..tastes sweet but yumm • ayam sambal matah : stir fry chicken mixed with fresh onion and chilly. This sambal was the best among all the sambals I've tried in Bali.. and in Bali they give sambal with every dish you order..it's spicy but delicious • lawar ayam: chicken mixed with grated coconut and Balinese spices. This dish was my favorite but sadly didn't get to eat it again.. this is very simply chicken with coconut dish but it was sooooo goood you get the same dish with pork too. If you ever go to Bali please try out their authentic Balinese cuisine , specially the lawar ayam.. it's preparation is like no other Discovered at Warung biah biah, Ubud, Indonesia.
