Yeseulβs Dorm Room and Apartment

[Dorm Room]
Yeseul used to share a room with Joshua, DK and Seungkwan in their first dorm. When the group moved into the 8th and 6th floor she was Joshuaβs roommate on the 6th floor. After the most recent move she has a solo room on the floor with Mingyu and Wonwoo. Yeseulβs room is relatively small and cramped. Her room is simple with a desk and a bed. However, the small space that is left in the room is filled with books of astronomy and a telescope. She is a big lover of the sky and space and often spends her free time looking at the stars or reading about planets. She doesnβt spend a lot of time in her room during the day but at night she often stays up to look at the stars.

Yeseulβs room is full of books. Books about different planets or stars, universes or black holes. Prince
Yeseul found Prince through an article in their newspaper in 2019. It was an article from a local animal shelter about a corgi that had just given birth to three pups. Of course she had to check it out. And that was when she met Prince. He didnβt have a name and was merely 2 months old. She fell in love immediately and decided to adopt him. When she adopted him, he was twelve weeks old and still so tiny. He lives in the Seventeen dorm with her and is well trained. By 2023 he is four years old.

Daisy
Yeseul got Daisy in November 2023 from a animal shelter. Daisy was one of 10 puppies that had been confiscated from a animal hoarding household. She was about 4 months old when Yeseul got her. She has hearing impairment and therefore needs a lot of patience and time. She lives in the Seventeen dorm with Yeseul and is currently in training.

Yeseul has five piercings and six tattoos.

Yeseul got her first piercings in 2009. The first two piercings were her lowest lobe piercings on both ears. In 2014 she got another two lobe piercings, one on each ear. Her last piercing is the daith. She got this one done in 2016.

Yeseul is a fan of astronomy and space. Therefore, in 2018, she got her first tattoo on her left shoulder and collarbone. It is a tattoo of the sun, moon and stars. It is pretty simple and small but Yeseul loves it.

A year after her first tattoo, Yeseul decided to get three tattoos on her right and left arm. On her right arm, she got a star system wrapping around her upper arm and a shooting star on her inner elbow. The third tattoo is a constellation of stars on her left arm.

The fan wrote a lovely letter to it in a slightly broken korean, apologizing for being bad in korean since they are native english speakers. Yeseul found them so adorable and the picture so pretty, that she decided to take it as her lock screen. Her home screen is a picture of the group in front of carats. Hoshi took it and Yeseul really loved it, so she put it as her home screen.

Yeseul has inherited a warm beige/golden natural skin color from her father. She falls out of the beauty standard regarding a pale and light skin which she had struggled with a lot. Her mother, who has light skin, had been called a slut when she was seen with Yeseul. She had been asked if she had adopted Yeseul or who had raped her. There was a lot of racism that came towards Yeseul and her mother. Yeseul has learned to love her skin and she will put you in your place should you voice racist thoughts.

[Parents / Single Mother β Lee Sunyoung & XΓΊ Jingyi]
Lee Sunyoung was born 1967 in Busan, South Korea. She grew up with her korean parents. She struggled at school and never excelled like her siblings, struggling with her mental health. Eventually she dropped out of high school and began to work in a retail store.
XΓΊ Jingyi was born in Shanghai in the year 1966. He grew up with an older brother and his chinese parents. He was an excellent student and eventually moved to Korea to study engineering.
The two of them met when Jingyi went to the retail store that Sunyoung was working at. He was starstruck immediately. The two flirted and he asked for her number, in clumsy korean, but she hesitated. She made him a deal. If he would come to this store every week on the same day for two months, then he could get her number.
And so, he showed up every Wednesday at the same time for two months. Every time the two would flirt or Jingyi would make stupid jokes and theyβd laugh together. They both liked the game. After Sunyoung gave him her number the two tried to outdo each other by organizing the best dates for each other. They fell in love without even fully realizing.
In 1993 they finally got together officially and moved together to Anyang, South Korea. They were so in love with each other it was painful to watch for friends and family. But truly, they were happy for the two. They were good together. In late 1994 Jingyi proposed (on a Wednesday of course) and mid-1995 they had wanted to marry.
But sadly, it would never come this far. In early 1995 Jingyi had a sudden seizure and was brought into the hospital. Here the doctors found a brain tumor, too late to be treated. His body began shutting down. Sunyoungβs world came crashing down. She watched the love of her life, mere months after proposing, collapse and die right in front of her eyes. On the 15th of February 1995 Jingyi died from his brain tumor. Which was a Wednesday.
But Sunyoung was in for another life changing discovery. She was pregnant. With Jingyiβs child. And so, on the 18th of October 1995, she gave birth to a beautiful and healthy baby girl. Lee Yeseul. The 18th of October 1995 was a Wednesday.
While trying to raise their child alone and grieving the love of her life, Sunyoung began to take up education again. She picked up high school again and graduated. She started studying finances and business administration and majored in it. All while raising her daughter. And she made sure to stay in contact with Jingyiβs parents. Sadly, they died young as well with only 68 and 71 years old. She taught Yeseul about the part of her that was Jingyi, her dad. She brought her to China, taught her Mandarin and Cantonese, and taught her recipes. She tried her best to let the young girl know that her dad was still there. As a part of her.
She decided to follow her true dream. In 2005 she started her own horse ranch alongside a therapy program for traumatized children and adults. She and her daughter also started teaching liberty for horses and even performed occasionally. In 2008 Sunyoung became a professional equestrian and expanded her ranch to have room for guests and offer vacation homes. She doesn't make a lot of money but she is happy. Since then, she has raised her daughter to be an independent and strong woman. Full of love, strength, heritage, and power.

Yeseul is confidence in person. She wears what is comfortable and carries herself in a way that simply radiates power. Her outfits mostly consist of wide pants paired with a button up or sweater. Theyβre mostly in cool colors but Yeseul actually doesnβt mind warm colors either.

She still wears some of her daily outfits to work, mostly when filming videos.

Yeseul feels like confidence. The confident woman you see once on the streets, just passing by, but you will never forget. She is a night owl, owning the city after the sun has long set in the distance. Yeseul is, getting lost in your thoughts, thinking about doing something daring.
