Even though the Knicks lost to the Miami Heat by a score of MIA 102 And NYK 92, JR Smith set a franchise record with made three's ( 10) and three's taken ( 22). Lets go team Swish!!! He had a marvelous performance, and make some great shots, however the Knicks could not hold on too win.

The Knicks close the quarter on a 11 - 2 run. JR leads the Knicks with 11 points and the Knicks have got the MSG crowd hype. Mostly because of Shump's 2 straight steals. Knicks putting in that work. In this day in Knicks history, the Knicks drafted Willis Reed 1st overall in the 2nd Round. However they also had the 1st overall pick in the first round and drafted Jim Barnes ( If i remember correctly). Everyone had expected Barnes to be the savior of the Franchise, however it was Willis Reed who bought the Knicks to the gold. He will forever be remebered as one of the best player in NBA history and Knicks history. We still respect everything you did for us Willis
