I know I’m very late but was wondering is the shop for the digital zine still open? I can go to checkout but I wanted to know if that was a mistake or not. I got my everything bundle and love it but then I realized I never ordered a digital version. I was trying to look around to see if there was an official date for the shop being closed but couldn’t find it unless I was just looking in the wrong places.

SQ Zine. Vol 2: A Mod’s Recommendation for Movies that make good SQ AUS

If you’re craving some good movies that you just KNOW are excellent and well, you know are favorite ladies would fit RIGHT IN. Here are some recs from one of our mods (we are all cinephiles). Feel free to add your own recommendations! 

10 Things I hate About You (1999).  High-school romcom inspired by Shakespeare’s the Taming of the Shrew. 

You’ve Got Mail (1998). Story as old as time. Gentrifying mega bookstore CEO and Small-bookshop owner despise each other but unknown to them, they’ve been falling in love via AOL chat. 

To Have and Have Not (1944). A romance-war-adventure film featuring real life iconic couple Lauren Bacall and Humphrey Boggart. 

The Mask of Zorro (1998). A swashbuckling, Western taking place in Mexico. A rugged orphan turned into a gentleman and masked vigilante fights the Spanish and American empires and falls in love with an upper class woman. The movie that made millennial women fall in love with Catherine Zeta-Jones. 

The Lobster. (2015).  A black comedy drama. People are taken into a hotel to find a partner by 45 days or else they’ll turn into the animal of their choice. But there is a pack of loners who refuse to submit--falling in love when you least expect it. Starring Rachel Weisz.
