Rant:

I’m getting really frustrated because I’ve been doing iontophoresis treatments for almost a month now. Even though there is a major improvement my hands and feet are really sweating right now for some reason which means I will have to do more treatments. It’s painful, and time consuming, and I just want it to work already.

(I’ve done this treatment successfully before in the past)

Tip:

While doing your iontophoresis treatments, find a show to watch on Netflix that’s around 20 minutes long for each episode. Makes the time fly by and it’s not as uncomfortable because you’re distracted. (Scrubs is my go to)
