Cavender’s has some nice real leather boots, and it’s where my family gets all our boots from. They have a nice selection of stuff, especially if you go in-person

where is a good place to buy a NEW pair of (preferably) green or black real leather boots

I want it to look nice but also durable. Might use it to wade through the muck. Don't ask why. I need it to last at least 5 years

Honestly, one of the coolest things was seeing these succulents growing out of the wall.

I don’t believe this is a native species here, but in the wild, succulents grow on cliffsides and hold the soil together. To find them clinging onto the wall like this at this massive a size was genuinely so cool

Someone must’ve embedded into the rock and they just took off. Very lovely, and due to how slow they grow, I doubt they would cause issue for the local species

Friend took us to Okutama for a hike, located on the outskirts of Tokyo. It’s quiet and very nature-orientated.

no, i’m not jealous of you for getting the shark and iv plushies. why would you say that?? (i’m kidding. i’m totally jealous! like, i want those babies sooo badly, it’s not fair!!)

Pick them up if you can!! They were really hard to find over here. Someone seems to be scooping em all up (out of the 9 locations I scouted in Tokyo, only 1 store had all of them) Mercari Japan should have them, but they’re only getting more and more expensive :(
