‘Another one? We’ve already seen like 5 episodes in a row!’ 

‘But I wanna see what happens next! Who’s the culprit? Who stole all the jewelry? I want answers, you know.’ You groaned at Jongin’s response.

Once a week, Jongin and you would meet in one of your apartments and watch a movie or catch up on a soap while eating some popcorn. It had become a tradition and you’ve done it for the past 2 years. Normally you wouldn’t complain about doing an episode marathon but today you were very exhausted because of a busy and tiring day at work. unfortunately for you, Jongin had a very boring day at work so he wanted to have a lot of fun and make the best out of the evening with you.

You hesitated for a second before turning your head towards him: ‘If we watch one more, can I go home after that?’ You put your best fake smile on in hopes of persuading him.

‘Of course not! It’s only 11 pm, we still have so much time left!’ He gave you a cheerful smile before grabbing the control and clicking the next episode. You groaned again and fell back into the couch. This was going to be a long night…

‘Hey Y/n…. Y/n…’ Your eyes fluttered open and met Jongin’s brown ones. ‘Y/n’, he whispered again. ‘Are you awake?’ 

‘…Yeah, I’m awake… What time is it?’ You rubbed your eyes and tried to get used to the light of the tv screen. 

‘It’s 12:30.’ 

’12:30?? Holy shit, Is it already that late? I have to go home!’ You got off the couch and stepped towards the hallway to grab your jacket but stopped at the door.

‘The bus doesn’t drive around at this hour, right?’ 

‘I’m afraid it doesn’t.’ 

‘Fuck.’ You closed your eyes and tried to think of a way to get home at this hour, but your thoughts were interrupted by Jongin clearing his throat.‘If you want, you can sleep here. I don’t have an extra bed but since we’re friends, I don’t think sharing a bed will be a problem right?’ You turned around to face jongin and looked at him with a slightly confused expression. You pointed at the couch and wanted to ask why the couch wasn’t an option but he started speaking before you. ‘The air conditioning doesn’t work at night. Around 1 pm, it turns off and the living room cools down pretty fast, so I don’t think you wanna sleep there.’ 

‘Oh okay. Well… If it’s really no problem then-‘ 

‘No don’t worry. I don’t want you to walk home at night. You never know what might happen.’

You gave him him a small smile and yawned. 

‘You’re really tired, huh?’ he smiled. ‘Let’s go upstairs.’ He walked towards the stairs and you followed him. He gave you one of his shirts to sleep in and you both got ready to go to bed. 

Even though you two had layed together in his bed before in the past,  it was the first time you would spend the night together. You walked in and saw him sitting on the bed. You stopped in the doorway to admire him. He sat on the edge of the bed, his back facing you. His white shirt complimented his body and his messed up hair looked cute.

‘How can he be this well looking at this time of the night? I probably look like a potato or something’ you thought. You quickly started walking towards the bed and hoped he didn’t notice you were staring at him. You both got in bed and laid there with your back facing each other. Jongin fell asleep quite quickly, contrary to you, who was laying there trying not to think about the fact that you two were sharing a bed. Normally, you wouldn’t care. he’s your best friend after all. You two had done way crazier things before than laying together in a bed, and yet you were nervous about it.

For the past 2,5 years, you two had become best friends. You two shared everything with each other, from crushes to weird family stories. You had laughed and cried together, basically you were friends for life. At least, that’s what you thought. Recently you noticed things about him that you had never noticed before. Since when was his laugh so adorable? Since when were his hugs so warm? At first, you didn’t want to admit it, that you had developed feelings for him. You were scared that your friendship would end thanks to your feelings, so you never talked about it and hid the feelings, as if they weren’t there. Unfortunately for you, as time passed, your feelings only grew stronger. Every time you saw him, you noticed something new about him that made your heart flutter. And until now, you had succeeded in hiding your feelings but today, it was difficult. You wanted nothing more than cuddling close up to him and hearing him whisper sweet nothings in your ear, but the thought of getting rejected or worse, ruining your friendship was terrifying enough to keep your feelings hidden. You didn’t want to lose him. 

You turned around carefully and sat up straight so you could see the side of his face. He laid next to him with a small pout on your lips.

‘What should I do, Jongin? How would you react?’ you whispered. You suddenly thought back at one particular afternoon, last summer. At that time, You had a crush on the boy that lived in your street but you were too scared to talk to him. You had asked Jongin advice about what you should say, or if it even was a good idea to talk to the boy. His answer had been clear: 

‘Of course you should talk to him! I’m sure he’ll love to go on a date with you.’

‘But what if he says no? I don’t know if I’ll be able to handle that.’

‘What’s the worst thing that can happen?’ Jongin saw your hesitating expression and continued. ‘What do you like better: Asking him out and maybe going on the best date ever? Or not asking at all and wondering what the answer would have been. he’s not going to eat you, Y/n. Just go for it!’

You started smiling again, thinking about that memory. He was right though. you had asked the boy out and you went on a date. Unfortunately, the boy didn’t like you as much as you liked him and you didn’t go on any other dates. And even though you were sad about it then, you were happy that it didn’t work out, because otherwise you would never have fallen in love with Jongin. 

And at that moment you made your decision: you would confess the next morning. Maybe it would ruin your friendship, but for all you knew, he might feel the same towards you and it would be the best decision you had ever made. And the thought of having him next to your side for the rest of your life made you incredibly happy.

Even though you weren’t someone who drinks a lot, tonight you overdid it a little as you were sitting next to your boyfriend quite tipsy. Junmyeon didn’t notice at first until you interrupted him mid sentence: ‘You know what Myeon? You have beautiful eyes. You know that?’ He looked at you with a confused expression before realizing you were drunk.

‘Baby, did you drink too much?’ 

‘Maybe~’ He looked at you with an annoyed expression before starting to scold you for drinking too much (Even though he wouldn’t admit it, he found you kinda cute in your drunk state). I got really soft watching Minhyuk’s latest Vlive so I decided to write this drabble

Fluffy fluff

You were sitting in your couch watching a movie when you heard your phone buzz. You looked at your screen and saw that your boyfriend had sent you a message.

10:57 pm -From Minhyukie♡: Just left the studio and omw home. See you in 20 minutes sweetheart~

You smiled as you read the message. Your boyfriend often had to work till late at night and he always felt guilty for not being with you a lot. You didn’t really mind because he made up the lost time by spending his days off with you. He often took you to amusement parks and cute restaurants, always trying to keep the dates unique and special. He wanted to spend every second he had with you as good as possible. You quickly typed an answer before tossing your phone next to you.

10:59 pm-To Minhyukie♡: Drive home safely. See you soon! ♡ 

You tried to focus on the movie while waiting for Minhyuk to arrive at your house but as the minutes went by, you felt your eyelids becoming heavier. You tried to stay awake but it was no use because the next thing you knew, you woke up from someone petting your hair.

‘Y/n…Are you asleep?’ You opened your eyes slowly and saw Minhyuk looking at you. He was sitting next to you smiling softly. ’Are you tired, baby? Cuz If you want, we can immediately go upstairs and go to sleep.’ ‘But don’t you wanna do something together first? We haven’t done anything today yet.’ You said while trying to fight back a yawn. ‘It’s okay love. You seem really tired and to be honest, I’m tired too. Let’s just cuddle for tonight and do something fun tomorrow.’ He kissed your forehead and offered you a hand. ‘Or do you want a piggyback ride to our room?’ He grinned as he saw you staring at him with a surprised look. You rolled your eyes and got up of the couch. ‘It’s okay, I will walk instead.’ ‘But I wanna carry you.’ He pouted like a small child and looked at you with puppy eyes. You gave  him a fake annoyed expression before shaking your head. ‘This kid really’, you laughed before throwing your hands over his shoulders and putting your legs on each side of his waist. ‘Woah, Y/n! Is it me or did you get heavier?’ ‘Hey!’ You hit his arm playfully. ‘One more of those comments and you’ll be sleeping on the couch tonight!’ He laughed at your reaction and carefully walked to your bedroom, trying not to run into objects or lose his balance. 

Once he arrived at the bedroom, he carefully laid you on the bed and sat down next to you. He tucked a strand of hair behind you ear and gave you a small peck. ‘I love you a lot. You know that right?’ A blush started creeping up your cheeks and you quickly whispered a quick ‘I love you’ back. Even though you two had been in a relationship for quite some time, he still could make you blush with simple words. He grabbed both sides of your face and gave you another kiss, this time deeper. ‘Good night angel. Let’s do something super fun tomorrow, okay?’ ‘Okay Minnie… Good night~’ His soft smile was the last thing you saw before dozing off in his arms.

The kiss was extremely soft but kinda short (unfortunately)

He backed of a little bit and looked back at you

Then he kissed you again but this time a little longer and intenser 

After the kiss Jongin was super bubbly and all cute because he had just kissed you and it went absolutely perfect and you were so cute

i know tumblr doesn’t give a SHIT when things happen in countries outside the “most popular ones” (such as the usa & england). it’s true, don’t lie to me. y’all don’t give A FUCK. not every issue and problem in said countries gets the appropriate exposure but in general shit shows up on the news WORLD FREAKING  WIDE. you set up donations, you help out, your spread the word, you say “pray for x”……

i have a friend that is on a train right now passing through places that have been burnt to the ground and she says the smoke is so intense it’s getting inside the train and she can barely breathe.

and yet, even though several people (myself included) have been trying to bring awareness to what has been happening in southern europe… what we get from most of you, those not part of the countries suffering, is silence. we don’t ask for money, we don’t ask for shit other than a reblog to spread awareness… something you can delete in 24/48hrs if you wish. 

i don’t know what to tell you. i’m angry. i’m frustrated. i’m disappointed. i feel like i’m screaming into the void. “a reblog does nothing” - you know that’s a damn lie, you know exposure always helps, you know people start paying attention when posts on social media become popular. my country in particular is a small one, we get ZERO exposure. y’all are only starting to figure out we even fucking exist bc of the shit we’ve been winning lately. 

but hell, if the EU doesn’t give a shit, why should some user on tumblr dot com?

‘You did what?’ You looked at your boyfriend with great disbelieve. ‘I..I know I did a horrible thing and I know you probably hate me but-’ ‘Hate is an understatement.’ You interrupted him. ‘How can you even look me in the eyes and say that with a blank expression?’ How can you not tell me this for 2 weeks and act like everything is okay?! Do you have any idea of how fucked up that is?!? You almost screamed that last sentence while you felt tears forming in your eyes. Normally you were always calm in difficult situations but this time you couldn’t keep your emotions hidden. You looked at Kihyun to see him staring at the ground with a blank expression. You tried to read any emotion but you couldn’t figure out what he was thinking. ‘So you’re not even going to say anything?’ you huffed. He turned his head slowly as he looked up at you with watery eyes. ‘I..I don’t know what to say… Just… I love you.. a lot.. and I shouldn’t have done that. I was drunk and out of my mind. That girl means nothing to me…You are the only one I love-’ ‘You should’ve thought of that two weeks ago before you decided to get drunk, take some random girl home and fuck her while I was gone, now didn’t you?’ You got up from the couch and walked heading for the door. Halfway through the hallway you felt someone grabbing your wrist. ‘Please don’t go! You can’t just leave!’ ‘Let me go’, you said calmly. ‘I don’t think we have a lot to talk about anymore.’ ‘Baby please don’t g-’ ‘Let me go!’ you yelled. ‘And don’t ever fucking call me baby again!!’ You pulled your wrist out of his grasp and walked out of the house.
