i'm pretty frustrated with the show at this point. it had something special in the beginning but we're 60% done and yeonjoo's feelings are so...bland. and vague. she was such a cool character in the beginning. i hate the way they're doing the tropes too, ex boyfriend love triangle wasting at least three episodes of a ten episode drama is too much, like just cut out the ex-romance drama of episodes 5-6 and skip straight to her ex joining the competition restaurant. why draw it out with only 10 episodes???

and i mean. jeon min is such a sniveling coward. it makes no sense that yeonjoo as a character can even stand to look at him?? even if she's there for her old boss's dying wish, she doesn't need to spend literally any time with the backstabbing cowardly lying disgusting snake

and when you add that to beomwoo's secret plot to steal the recipes, and the annoying betrayal fallout we'll have to sit through, it's just too tedious

This. I keep wanting to stop because she's pissing me off, her character is such a pushover where it counts and it's grinding my gears.

honestly she is kind of a tsundere character but this is again turning into the male lead simping while the female lead doesn't do the bare minimum thing. i'm enjoying the story and haneul and minsi are incredible which is what keeps me watching the show but they should be making out already at this point and professing eternal love
