random question what’s the biggest proof of larry we have

ive spoken about this a little before but to me “proof” is a funny thing. i dont think there’s one specific moment or event that solidifies everything i “believe” and its not something that i still look for or need. to me the most telling thing, and the biggest “proof” i guess, is the dichotomy between what we were fed by the media/1dhq vs what we could actually see and what makes logical sense. and this started from day one and has yet to change.

for example if we were to go as far back as the introduction of eleanor... her age, her background, their anniversary etc all of these things have literally changed over the years. they were sold as a perfect couple but they couldnt even get the narrative straight over how they met. they tried to sell us the story that harry introduced them (lol) when in reality harry was barely even friendly with her not to mention this is how he reacted around the two of them. 

the fact that the boys even had to acknowledge and deny dating rumours in and of itself is bizarre and i cannot stress enough how insane it was that stories were run which said the dating rumours had ruined their friendship. by that time the band was huge and gaining worldwide success, there would be no universe where they would allow this to be threatened because of friction within the band. if there was actually any drama, it would have been carefully covered up and the media narrative would have been controlled. think about how we didn’t even know liam and louis didnt used to get on until they told us themselves years later or how zayn was thinking of leaving for ages before we knew. its not normal to capitalise off internal friction unless there was something bigger to hide and its not normal to completely alienate and villainise a huge and passionate subset of fans who are making you money (but you might think its normal bc you believe theyre threatening the loss of even more money). 

its not just that this tactic doesnt make logical sense but its also that we could see it wasnt true. how many times did they reach for each other on instinct before dropping their hands when they remembered?

and it wasnt just reaching for each other, they couldnt even look at each other in the same way they could look at the others and this went on for yearssss.

they were supposedly so disgusted and torn up by gay rumours that it ruined their friendship to the point they couldnt stand to be in the same room as each other but they continued getting complimentary tattoos for years, harry was at jays wedding in 2014 and treated like a member of the family, they shared a dressing room in 2015, louis got the dagger tattoo after a year of fans speculating that he would, this video showing exactly what their first instincts irt each other are, and lets be real the entirety of the 2015 promo run.

not exactly the behaviour of two ex bffs and enemies :/ so why the completely contrasting public narrative hmm??

and this is all just some of the things which happened while they were in the band that dont make sense alongside the story we were sold. if they were so annoyed by larries/rumours surely they would 100% shut that down once going solo.... but no.. instead harry has a stroke live on air when asked about it and even says “i don't think I'd ever want to tell someone that they're wrong” and louis does the infamous iphone conspiracy denial which not only was the least convincing thing anyone has ever seen but actually starts with a lie: “ive never been asked about it directly”. yes you have sir, many times.

the “larries ruined their friendship” narrative is what they’ve been saying since 2012 and is exactly what ppl use against us to this day but literally everything they do undermines this. it wasnt even 3 months ago that louis wore a shirt with a huge H on it, it was less than 2 months ago that we found out harry takes the title for biggest Bluegreener with sockgate dflgkdf and it was less than one month ago that louis did/approved of this. if they hate the rumours so much and if its so damn disrespectful to them/their respective partners/families/whatever else why do they keep alluding to it and each other. even their friends are at it. (and lets not forget how fun umbro!day was!)

how can anyone see all of this and how little it ties up with the public narrative thats been painted since 2012 and think thats normal? the public relationships that both of them have been in and how highly publicised they’ve been when they are both private ppl? the lyrics about long term love harry has been consistently writing when hes “never been in a relationship” thats lasted longer than a year? none of it adds up unless theyre together and have been from the start. which they are and have been 😌

anyway, my point is that the big picture will always be the most telling “proof” and why so many of us are still here after a literal decade.

He hablado sobre esto un poco antes pero para mí "prueba" es algo gracioso. No creo que haya un momento específico o evento que solidifique todas mis creencias y no es algo que siga buscando o necesite. Para mí lo que más los delata, y la mayor "prueba" supongo, es la dicotomía entre lo que nos dicen los medios/1DHQ contra lo que realmente vemos y lo que tiene sentido lógico. Esto empezó desde el día uno y aún no ha cambiado.

Por ejemplo si vamos tan para atrás como la introducción de Eleanor.... su edad, su historia, el aniversario de ellos etc todas estas cosas literalmente han cambiado en los años. Fueron vendidos como la pareja perfecta pero no podían ponerse de acuerdo en una narrativa sobre cómo se conocieron. Intentaron vendernos la historia de que Harry los presentó (lol) cuando en realidad Harry era apenas amigable con ella ni mencionar que así es como el reaccionaba alrededor de ellos dos.

El hecho que los chicos incluso tuvieron que reconocer y negar rumores de noviazgo de por sí es bizarro y no puedo estresar que tan loco fue que corrieron historias diciendo que los rumores de noviazgo habían arruinado su amistad. Para ese entonces la banda era enorme y ganando éxito mundial, no habría universo donde permitirían que esto se viera amenazado porque había fricción dentro de la banda. Si de verdad hubiera algún drama, hubiera sido cuidadosamente cubierto y la narrativa de los medios controlada. Piensa en cómo no sabíamos que Liam y Louis no se llevaban bien hasta que los lo dijeron ellos mismos años después o como Zayn estaba pensando en irse por años antes de que lo supiéramos. No es normal capitalizar de fricción interna a menos que haya algo más grande que esconder y no es normal alienar y villanizar una enorme y apasionada sub sección de fans que te están haciendo dinero (pero puedes pensar que es normal porque crees que están amenazando con una mayor pérdida de dinero)

Y no es solo que esta táctica no tiene sentido lógico pero también que podíamos VER que no era cierto. Cuantas veces alcanzaron el uno al otro por instinto antes de bajar sus manos cuando recordaron?

Y no fue solo tocarse, no podían siquiera mirarse el uno al otro en la misma manera en que podían mirar a los otros y esto fue así por añosssssss.

Ellos estaban supuestamente tan asqueados y enojados por rumores gays que arruino su amistad al punto que no podían aguantar estar en al misma habitación juntos pero continuaron consiguiendo tatuajes complementarios por años, Harry estuvo en a la boda de Jay en 2014 y fue tratado como un miembro de la familia, ellos compartieron un vestuario en 2015, Louis consiguió el tatuaje de la daga después de un año de fans especulando que lo haría, este vídeo demostrando exactamente cuáles son sus primeros instintos de uno con el otro, y seamos realistas toda la promo de 2015.

No es exactamente el comportamiento de dos ex BFFs y enemigos :/ así que por qué las narrativas públicas contrastantes??

Y esto es solo algunas de las cosas que pasaron cuando estaban en la banda que no tienen sentido junto a la historia que nos contaron. Si estaban tan molestos con lxs larries/rumores seguramente ellos 100% terminarían eso cuando estén en solitario.... pero no.... en cambio tenemos a Harry teniendo un ataque en vivo cuando le preguntaron al respecto, e incluso dijo "no creo que alguna vez quisiera decirle a alguien que está equivocadx" y Louis hace la famosa negación con conspiraciones de iphone la cual fue la cosa menos convincente alguien haya visto pero en realidad empieza con una mentira: "nunca he sido preguntado sobre eso directamente". Sí, sí lo han hecho, varias veces.

La narrativa de "lxs larries arruinaron su amistad" es lo que han estado diciendo desde 2012 y exactamente lo que todo el mundo usa en nuestra contra hasta el día de hoy pero literalmente todo lo que ellos hacen derrumba esto. No fue siquiera hace 3 meses que Louis usó una camiseta con una enorme H en ella, fue hace menos de 2 mese que descubrimos que Harry se lleva a título de mayor bluegreener con sockgate dflgkdf y hace menos de un mes que Louis hizo/aprobó esto. Si ellos odian tanto los rumores y si es tan irrespetuoso para ellos/sus parejas/familias/lo que sea por qué siguen aludiendo a ello y el uno al otro. Incluso sus amigos están en eso (y no olvidemos que divertido fue el dia umbro!)

Como puede alguien ver todo esto y lo poco que se relaciona con la narrativa pública que ha sido pintada desde 2012 y pensar que es normal? Las relaciones públicas en las que ambos han estado y lo tan publicitadas que son cuando ellos son personas privadas? Las letras sobre amor a largo plazo que Harry ha estado constantemente escribiendo cuando él "nunca ha estado en una relación" que dure más de un año? Nada de eso tiene sentido a menos que estén juntos y lo hayan estado desde el principio. Lo que están y siempre lo han estado 😌.

Como sea, mi punto es que el gran cuadro siempre va a ser la "prueba" más importante y el por qué tantas personas seguimos aquí después de una década literalmente.

it's so important to me that matilda goes from "and not invite your family 'cause they never showed you love" to "you can start a family who will always show you love" because both lines hold such a significance but the difference in them because the "family" in the first line is your blood related family and the one in the 2nd line could be blood related but doesn't have to be because family is who YOU choose and idk it's just so beautiful to me

LOL what I love about Liam is that he knows exactly how to get under Louis' skin, and that's using Harry to tease him. It works every single time ahahah I wonder if this still happens between them so many years later!

If I wasn't a larrie already I feel like these kinds of videos would be the ones that would make me really consider the entire thing, the way Louis reacts when Liam uses Harry to tease him is so obviously about jealousy, and there are SO MANY videos just like this one. You literally can't brush off his reaction as something else. But I suppose some people are just blind and refuse to see what is literally right in front of their eyes.
